  I would suggest trying the following steps and check.

  a. turn off the laptop completely.

  b. remove the battery from the bottom.

  c. leave the battery of the laptop for 5-10 minutes.

  d. plug the adapter into the laptop (still remove the battery).

  e. turn on the system and let it fully boot in Windows.

  f. once it arrives on the desktop to launch all startup items. In other words, do not interrupt the boot process until everything is prepared.

  g so go ahead and shut down the computer normally (using the START > turn off computer method).

  h. once the system is turned off, plug the battery back in and turn on the computer.

When the laptop is connected and switched on Power Manager indicates the battery is in charge, but the percentage of load changes never even after 12 hours of being on the dock. No idea why?
