  funny, I had a similar discussion with support yesterday since I failed with the same problem on a different product.

  So, I wanted to be sure how it works before you spend the money.

  You must turn off before changing anything on your box to release your license of the hardware id.

  Normally you should find this in your HELP-petite.

  Once this is done, you can move with your license.

  Never make any changes before turning off. I was able to recover a slot machine free license to reconstruct my old system but defined even with a hard drive crash on domestic sectors on the hard drive as the os and tools were in my case on the outlying districts.

  I bought Acrobat 8 Pro for Mac for my 2008 many MacBrook Pro years ago.  I always have the serial number.  Subsequently, I've updated (I believe it's free) to Acrobat 9.

  I'm just this decade and have upgraded to a MacBook Pro in Yosemite (OS 10.10.5) 2014 and it does not seem that my old version of Acrobat will work.

  Anyone know if there's a way to get an updated version by paying a lower upgrade right compared to having to pay full price to buy a new version?

  ICH habe immer problemlos mit Adobe first Elements 10 gearbeitet. Seit etwa 3 Wochen works meine Videovorschau nicht mehr. Beim playing von videos ist nur der ton zu Hören Friday.

  

  Selbst die Anzeige über dem Schnittfenster bleibt beim Anthrazit playing von image. Wenn ich in die hellgraue wird ein Standbild of Videos von der Position displaying klicke wane, an der sich der rote line is aktuell. Beim playing so nur der ton weiter.

  

  ICH habe die auch schon deinstalliert und wieder installed Software. So wie einen Grafiktreiber und Quicktimeplayer downloaded current. Am Videoformat kann der Fehler liegen nicht, da ich before mit den same videos arbeiten konnte problemlos.

  ICH habe das Programm am 8.10. 2016 so und installed. first konnte are installed werden nicht. Dann had ich are instaliert und die message, kam "es sei ein Fehler aufgetreten.
