  Here are my questions:

I bought Echosign three days because I needed a way to get documents signed to my clients.  I had Acrobat XI in time.  I have updated Acrobat this night there, and the next day it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but nothing has worked, and there is no support to fix it.

If I had to buy Acrobat Pro DC.  I started to use to create shapes, but concluded that there is no way to send the forms within the DC.  It is supposed to be a tool of 'Send for Signature', but there is none in the application.  I posted several messages on these forums, but have had no response/help.  I lose a lot of work because I can't do the things, the application is supposed to do!  And there is no support to help me.

  3. now that I know that Acrobat DC allows me to send to the signature without Echosign, I want a refund for Echosign because I don't need.  But, of course, I can not in favor of that either.

  A few years, our company purchased Acrobat Reader 9.5.5 Pro for one of our employees. This employee is no longer with us, so we want to clean up the pc and re-purpose it. Unfortunately, we have more drive, in that the program has come. So the question is, how can we get the serial number for the program so that we can reinstall it once the pc is under image?

  Acrobat Reader is free. Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard costs money. The problem with serial number is delicate. If it is a payment business with a license so you can connect to your account a retrieve serial number. If it has been registered to the user and he registered the software on a corporate email account, you can probably log on the account and retrieve serial number (I don't know if it's legal, then you can check with your corporate lawyer). If is a an installation an installation of volume then check with the company you bought your contract in volume of might be the best route.

  If you have any of these options at your disposal, you can contact the customer service with proof of purchase in hand. No one will take the word of someone call on a phone, even if they do not tell the truth.

  Please be aware that Acrobat 9.5.5 will not work with several modern operating systems it's quite long in the tooth. You may be able to get some, but not all of the features to work.

  2. When you register you must login

  3. the sign must succeed and contact Adobe

  4. your Adobe ID must have an active subscription to Acrobat.

  If Acrobat see you an active subscription he didn't have a serial number. But don't forget NOT TO SIGN in.

  b signature giving an error, but assuming that it is not important

  Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

  Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

  the desktop application gives you access to cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc apps for 2015.  and probably more in the future.
