I'm subscribed to Echosign two days ago, then I bought Acrobat DC yesterday, not knowing that Acrobat DC would allow electronic signatures, Echosign is unnecessary, how can I get refund?
What is zero direct service from Adobe? I bought Acrobat DC yesterday, and the support page shows that I should have 90 days of support chat, but I have none. I can't get support on the forums, which can take days, and I need help now. Really sucks.
Here are my questions:
1. I bought Echosign three days because I needed a way to get documents signed to my clients. I had Acrobat XI in time. I have updated Acrobat this night there, and the next day it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but nothing has worked, and there is no support to fix it.
2. If I had to buy Acrobat Pro DC. I started to use to create shapes, but concluded that there is no way to send the forms within the DC. It is supposed to be a tool of 'Send for Signature', but there is none in the application. I posted several messages on these forums, but have had no response/help. I lose a lot of work because I can't do the things, the application is supposed to do! And there is no support to help me.
3. now that I know that Acrobat DC allows me to send to the signature without Echosign, I want a refund for Echosign because I don't need. But, of course, I can not in favor of that either.

Two days ago Windows 7 Pro has suddenly become non-genuine
Two days ago, I started having a window informing me that Windows 7 Pro on my laptop is not valid. I ignored it, thinking it was just a fluke and would solve itself. There is, unfortunately, no.
I bought my laptop on eBay a few years ago. The COA reads as follows:

and my product key. I confirmed that the product in use key is the same as that on the certificate of authenticity.

Please download and save to your desktop.
Right click on the saved file and select extract all...
Save it in the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg
Right-click on the file and select Merge
Accept the warnings, you should then get a 'Success' message
Close all windows and restart.
Run another MGADiag report and view the results.

Sounds strangely like a factory system recovery has been performed on the computer. In this case all the user files would have been erased and Windows 7 on this computer would have been restored to their original state when you bought, IE. all the updates of Windows later need to be reinstalled.
Some of these updates are prerequisites for installing other updates and updates require reboot also before the next update can be installed. That's why you get the scenario of 134 updates being downloaded at a time but only a fraction of them actually being installed. The next time you go to Windows Update is uninstalled him appears once again, sometimes including some new ones that appear only now because their preconditions are met.
Select the updates to be installed in smaller batches may save a bit of time re-download.

Hi, I have installed sqldeveloper - 4.0.3.16.84 - x 64 with JDK and tried to run SQLDeveloper.exe its does not work. A flash comes and goes. It worked fine until two days ago. Don't know what happened all of a sudden its not working. Need help.

I have read other threads and tried to launch SQLDeveloper.exe from the CMD prompt, nothing is shown a flash comes and goes.

Maybe there is a problem with SQL Developer, being able to write to the network share of desktop directory. Add the following to your sqldeveloper.conf file to force the settings of the user to store locally also:
AddVMOption - Dide.user.dir = some_local_dir_to_own_system4.0.3.16.84

About three weeks ago, I bought a new MacBook Pro, disabled Adobe CS 6 on my old MacBook and re-intalled on my new computer portable DVD with success. I used all my Adobe fine until today. Two days ago, I've updated all my creative suite after having received an automatic notification. Photoshop will not launch now (everything else is OK). When the Photoshop window it immediately crashes with the message "adding extensions...." Quick basic routines' but nothing happens and I have to "force stop" window. Advice please?

I just installed Yosemite on my mac two days ago.
27' iMac, with 32 GB of ram... so I actually not lag issue.
I use a Wacom Intuos 4. Last driver installed yesterday.
But since the upgrade to Yosemite, there's a bit of lag but horrible bug when I touch the wacom with my stylus.
Please help me!

After the installation of Yosemite and faced with the delay of two weeks, I spent a week on all the forums trying to find a solution, then I spoke with several representatives of the customer service of adobe and wacom. According to a representative of adobe, wacom drivers are not completely comparable with yosemite, but they hope to be soon. I installed the latest update of Photoshop CC on my Macbook Pro two days ago, and now when I try to focus stacking by opening several photos and make Auto Align and Auto mix, mixture selects the entire background layer instead of select areas of the development of each layer. I tried again on a series of images where it worked a week ago, and the problem occurs. I have Photoshop on a Windows 8 machine and did not apply this last update and it works fine. If anyone else has experienced this?
And we now have the new version! 2014.2 is out and it's fine to focus stacking and Photomerge.
