Action script to animate canvas CC?
As much as I know animate canvas works only with Java script. Just after that, Adobe introduced its snippet and says that it is designed for people who do not want to write code, you are asked to read some obtuse stupifying article on writing code.
All I want to do is create a button which, when clicked, tells the main movie to play.
Any help in this highly appreciated task.
Still more appreciated would be information on non Adobe programs that make simple animations.
Answering your questions in reverse order:
If you do the simple animations, which would involve no code. Other applications may be able to easily do animation, but add the code may be more difficult.
To animate, here are the steps to do what you ask, with only type one letter of the code:
1. in a new FLA, click the layer in the timeline, 1 1 framework.
2. in the Code Snippets window, double-click on the HTML5 Canvas/timeline Navigation/Stop on this example of frame, you will get a lot of comments explaining the action, but it's the line is useful:

3. draw a rectangle, select it and use edit/convert to symbol to make either a button or a clip.
4. in the properties panel, give it a name, for example playbtn
5. Although that is still selected, double-click on the Code Snippets HTML5 Canvas/timeline Navigation/click for example of frame and play. More comments and useful lines:

6. as it is written in the comments, change the "5" to be the number of the frame that you want to play.
If you use any Code snippets, it's what you would write in the Actions frame 1 of the timeline panel, assuming you want to play the current frame:

You have the answer with you, do not be confused between the Parent node and the top node context, when adding a new node, the node of your Top will become your Parent node.
' Add | Version | Hierarchy | Node | Parent Node. Property of the worksheet.

2. Once added, go back to the homepage-> Script

I work in CP 9 and I'm going to try the following: the user must be able to make ALL invisible or visible to highlight boxes by clicking on the corresponding button on the first page layout. Actually... releasing the CpExtra HTML5 widget, it will be possible.
It has a function called @syntax that allows you to perform an action (for example HIDE) automatically on any object throughout a project of Cp9 simply based on the name of the object.
So for example, if you named all the boxes to highlight you want hidden this way to have the suffix _HideMe and you say CpExtra you want all of them hidden if a user variable is assigned to a certain value, then that is what will happen.
That's the good news. The bad news is that the widget is still in BETA final tests at the moment, so you may need to wait a bit before you can realize your idea.

I received a few actions (scripts) extencion .atn to a join a friend the old version of Ps, there was a simple way to import them in Ps, but Ps cc version in 2014 no way. But in my opinion they must be a way with the finder to search for the folder where to put them.

I think you'd be better to learn javascript if you're thinking about 10-40 years from now. JavaScript been around and looks like he will stay longer than actionscript.
However, actionscript and javascript are very similar so if you want to use flash learning you earn will be widely applicable to javascript.

How can I change the 3 action script settings? I want to make sure the default scene dimensions are different.
This isn't really an Actionscript parameter. Open the Properties window for the movie, be sure that it says, 'Document' at the top of the window. In the Properties section, select the icon for key to the right of the dimensions of the stage. Which opens a new window. Here, you can define a new default step size, and then click make default in the lower left corner.

is far from having the tools - and so my action script work if they open the PDF file in the browser?
I guess I could try to do all the action script code in a JSButton if this is not possible, but action script allowed me to break the code into the section

Acrobat/Reader install a limited Player plug-in and allows only some features that allow to interact with the file PDF is displayed in the browser for playback and recording. It does not features.
If you need this plug-in, save the PDF file on the local system, and then open the saved PDF file.

_root.gotoAndStop ('whatever_frame'); will work unless this swf is loaded into another swf. in this case, you must use a relative path to the main timeline (for example, _parent or _parent._parent etc.).

I have three buttons A, B and C. Each button performs exactly the same series of actions to hide everything on the page, but shows another group of objects depending on which button was clicked - that is, to display the Group A and Group B group C.
Currently, I have a separate advanced action script for each button (in fact a lot more than three) because of this difference, then want to combine in a single conditional script. However, I can't understand how I would like to know which button was clicked. In other words, I think that my conditional script should look like this:

My problem is that I don't know how to set or get the value of MyButton to perform conditional tests. Is there a system variable that returns the value of a selected object? I looked at all the variables, and I don't see one. Or y at - it another way to do what I'm missing?

I have several articles on the shared use of stocks. You apply the same instance of a common action several times and don't have that to indicate parameters, in your case these parameters will be for most groups and objects. I hope that stocks shared will expand more in the future. They have several advantages: given that you use multiple instances of the same action that they do not increase the file size as duplicate advanced actions. In addition, you have them in the library that makes management much easier.
