  Take it back to the Apple Store and ask them to check it out. It should be under warranty. Bring the MBP along too. It sounds like there might be a problem with it.

  It seems that the beta version of v40 corrupt my mail files. After that goes back to v38.2 and recreate my accounts from scratch, the problem has not returned.

• My iPad 2 could not activate after installing 9.03. Say... could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailalble. I tried to 'activate' for four days... went to an Apple store bar 'Genius' and still no solution.
