  First of all, if you still have access to the older computer, log out of CC activation on this computer by visiting any product > help > log out. This will disable your activation on the previous PC.

  Then go to the website of creative cloud and download applications directly or download desktop applications and downlad CC through that.

  If you do not have access to old PC, and you get a message like 'limit reached activation', follow the steps in this document:

  in fact, you are allowed installation on an unlimited number of computers with a single individual license.  the only limitation is that you can connect to, at most, two computers at a time.  But adobe makes it easy so sign and out of any computer from any computer, even who's who have a significant limitation for internet computers connected.

  Do not attempt to transfer CC - do not use the Migration Wizard or try to restore from a backup Time Machine.

  Always do a fresh install and sign in with your credentials.

  You are allowed two connections per license. If you want to get rid of the laptop, get huge pleasure and you disconnect from CC first.

  Take a browse through some time in the other forum post other users who do not have wisely (you) ask first before doing this and trying to transfer all of the CC on a new machine instead of an installation. Chaos!
