• Can not activate the discovery network in Vista

  I just reinstalled Vista on a laptop and went to connect to a wireless network that previously worked before the re installation of Vista.  Network discovery was off so I turned on and then you click on confirm and return to the window and it is still off.  So, I can't turn it on.  Any ideas please?
