  I have a problem with the activation of the product.  I have a computer that is not on a public network.  I forgot to activate the product before placing in its current environment.  I can generate the code to take to another computer to go through the activation process.  The issue I'm having is trying to distinquish the case of the letters included in the code.  I tried several times to go through this process and don't have not been successful.  Any suggestions?  This particular machine must stay where it is currently.  I can't move it to another location to attach it to a network with internet access.

  Uninstall the old Acrobat 7 Pro

  Go to this page, Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2

  Click on "English" and it will be extended to all products without activation.

  Download Acrobat 7 Pro and use the serial number to the right of the download.

  If you install and use the serial number provided, it ask you to activate.

  Your original cdrom and the series doesn't help, discard it.
