ActiveSync via Bluetooth: no available ActiveSync profile

I have an another laptop computer manufacturers under XP Pro with a stack of Toshiba BT (v.4.31.02 (D)) and a Toshiba BT mini-PCI card (though renamed as Wireless 360 Bluetooth Module).

I would like to be able to synchronize my PDA (a T-Mobile MDA Vario2 running Windows Mobile 5) to your PC via ActiveSync (I have installed v.4.5) but I suck. Most is that when I set up the partnership between the PDA and the PC, only profiles I see are wireless stereo and the Serial Port.

The ActiveSync profile is not displayed. I read the document how to make here and the help in the actual stack file, but any COM port I select, via the Bluetooth COM Local application and the ActiveSync connection settings dialog, I can't always this ActiveSync profile to appear.

Any help and advice gratefully received.

Martin.

Hello

According to your message, I presume that you have already checked the help documents which can be found here:
http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/?page=HOWTO

To be honest, I never connected your device to a PC, but another Pocket PC.
Usually, you go to the Pocket PC BT settings and there you have to select Tools-> search for the device.
Then tab hold ActiveSyncPC and select Update service.

Then you should see the name of the service. There, you have to tab and hold the 7 COM and select ActiveSync for registration. Then, you can enter any login name and then tab OK. Now, you can configure some settings of ActiveSync. If you don t have an existing partnership, you should uncheck Auto Connect ActiveSync and tab on OK

Perhaps this little education could help a little.

  • No ActiveSync via Bluetooth with Treo 750v

    Hello

I got a new Palm Treo 750v and paired with my desk at work (Vista SP1). ActiveSync via Bluetooth works great and sync my Treo with our Exchange Server.

The next day, I tried to pair it with my PC at home (XP SP3), but I couldn't make a connection via Bluetooth. Bluetooth ActiveSync to work now not longer works. I tried the steps in the Article ID:41368 and a lot more once again, matching to reinstall WMDC, soft reset the Treo but can't get the sync via bluetooth work...

When pairing the bluetooth connection, I see my PC company on the smatrphone with ActiveSync service activated. About bluetooth connection settings in WMDC PC society is allowed. PC is connected to the corporate network.

    I have no more ideas...

    Thank you

    Fred

Try to remove all of your pairing and see if that helps. Not a bad idea to reboot the device by stopping and pulling the batttery. Windows Mobile tends to have memory leaks and can act as all right, but in reality it is limping.

  • Error: "unable to start the service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)" when trying to transfer files from the Android phone via bluetooth

When I try to send a file by my Android phone to my laptop via bluetooth, I get an error on my phone saying "cannot start service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)". Reason: The return value is "false", but I can send files from my laptop to my phone OK.

1 "tap" on start and choose the ActiveSync program
2 then 'tap' on 'Tools' and select 'Options' from the ActiveSync program
    3. check under "enable synchronization when cradled using ' to see if the setting is on Bluetooth

Important: Please remove the Pocket PC from the cradle, and then put it back in the cradle.
It allows to activate the new setting

  • Cannot pick up devices via Bluetooth

MY iPad does not pick up the devices via Bluetooth

What kind of devices? There is a limited set of Bluetooth profiles available for the iPad, it's a speaker or a headset, you try to connect with?

In addition, if the device in question was paired with another piece of equipment you have, as a smartphone, it will automatically connect and your iPad will not see it.

  • If connected via Bluetooth with car. Phone starts to compose himself after updating iOS 10

After updating iOS 10: connection via Bluetooth for car, then phone (iphone more 6s) began to compose himself. My President iPhone which is not longer work well

    Hi Pharao-nael,

I understand that after update your iPhone to iOS 10, he begins to call itself when it is connected to Bluetooth. I know it's important for your iPhone to work as expected, so I'm happy to help for this.

Since this occurs only when it is connected to Bluetooth, the first thing you want to do is cancel the twinning of the car:
Configure and use third-party Bluetooth - Apple Support Accessories

Turn off pairing a Bluetooth accessory

To disable the pairing a Bluetooth accessory, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to disable the twinning, tap , and then we forget this device.

When you forget this device on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, this accessory is removed from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Make sure that your iPhone does not seek to call itself after it is disconnected, and then you can pair the iPhone and the car again:

Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory

    1. On your iOS device, tap on settings > Bluetooth. Stay on the screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
    2. Place your accessory in discovery mode and wait until it appears on your iOS device. If you don't see it, or don't know how to make it discoverable, check the instructions that came with your accessory or contact the manufacturer.
    3. Tap your accessory pair. You will have to perhaps enter the CONFIDENTIAL code or password. If you do not know what your PIN code or word password, see the documentation for your accessory.

When pairing is completed, you can use the Bluetooth accessory with your device. You can pair several Bluetooth accessories with your iOS device. Just follow the steps above to pair additional accessories.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support, cheers!

  • Satellite A200 - cannot connect my mobile phone via Bluetooth

I have the satellite A200 that came with Vista - I have upgraded to Windows 7. I tried for a few days to connect my new Nokia mobile to my laptop using bluetooth, but may not operate at all.

The phone is OK as I have to connect it to my previous mobile via bluetooth. A few months ago, I had to do a restore system using the Toshiba drive - is it possible that this could have affected the availability of bluetooth?

Any advice would be welcome - especially if someone can explain what it is I should do in a non-technical way. Thank you in advance.

Question is: have you installed all the discs properly?
You can activate the BT module using the FN + F8 key combination.

I can't say for sure, but I assume that your BT in A200 camera is not correctly enabled.

  • Unable to send or receive files via bluetooth.

Hey guys, I have a Microsoft bluetooth - the transceiver v3.0 Bluetooth dongle. This dongle came with my entire keyboard and mouse (Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 and Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000). In any case, before, when I was with Vista, I could send and receive files via bluetooth dongle.

After the upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, I can't do it, but I'm still able to pair my mouse and keyboard for it. When I try to send a file, this message pops up: "Windows could not transfer files. The file could not be sent because the connection could not be established. Make sure the Bluetooth radio is plugged. To try again, click the back arrow. »

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software IntelliPoint/IntelliTypePro, which would be to reinstall the driver from the transceiver, but the problem persists. In Device Manager, bluetooth radios does not appear.

Can anyone help me please with this problem?

    I posted it.

Go to your system and look under Vista drivers and then look under Windows 7 drivers.
There are Vista drivers and those who would have come on your system. There is no windows
    7 currently available drivers.

  • No "send to bluetooth device" available after Windows 7 upgrade

Bluetooth file transfer option is not available, or for adding devices blutooth

i ' v just upgraded to windows7 windows vista Basic. I had been using bluetooth file transfer of files without problem with vista, but now the problem is that I can't find a way to transfer files via bluetooth. When I click on a file and scroll down to the option "send to", "bluetooth device" option is missing. or find a way to add bluetooth devices to my cmputer... Infact, I can't find any option associated with bluetooth! My cmputer has a built-in bluetooth adapter. Wat do I do? Help!

I had the same problem, however, I got the solution on a forum. First in windows, search for a btsendto_explorer.exe research program and create its shortcut on the desktop. Now open the following C:\Users\...xyz...\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo folder and drag the shortcut into it. Rename the shortcut in bluetooth. Enjoy... its done.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones blackBerry 9380 no option "send via bluetooth".

am I missing something? It drives me crazy. I can very well receive files, just cat find a simple way to send files via bluetooth. Even when I goto the send option I get only send by e-mail, etc.

    I'm on 7.0 Bundle 2220 (v7.0.0.513, platform 9.32.0.51)

To do a firmware update or install something? I think its stupid how he does not come with this option as standard, I have also checked my sisters bb torch, which doesn't have the option

Hello and welcome to the community!

    See this KB:

    • KB05409 Transfer a file using Bluetooth technology between two BlackBerry smartphones

If your device is non - BB, then substitute in the KB, the instructions appropriate for your device. Unless you're on BB OS 6 or 7, do not skip the step of "Receive using BlueTooth" on the receiver BB... nothing will transfer if you do. I can tell you that on my BB, if I navigate to a file (for example, image, etc, using Homescreen > media > > explores), and then when I press on the key, I have available ' Send', with 'BlueTooth' as one of the submenu selections... so I'm not sure why yours does not. Maybe if you detail the steps that you try, we might be able to spot something.

Good luck and let us know!

  • How to connect my Windows 7 PC to Internet via Bluetooth on my Windows Mobile 6.1 phone?

I have problems connecting to the Internet on my laptop under that Windows 7, Bluetooth, plugged in on my mobile phone running Windows Mobile 6.1.

The phone is a Samsung Omnia GT-B7610 and can access the Internet via 3G.

I can pair the phone with Windows 7 via Bluetooth without problem, but I cannot yet access the Internet on the PC.  The process I use is:

-Pairing phone and your PC by selecting devices and printers > add a device, etc., etc.  The device is successfully added.
-Network and Sharing Center > set up a new connection or network > connect to Internet > set up a new connection anyway > Dial-up.  It is supposed to be a Bluetooth option on this screen, but I did not.

    When I do this:
Devices and printers > right click on the paired Bluetooth device > properties > Services tab, I see that Active Sync Bluetooth Service as the only service available.  Is this correct?

In addition, I can't get Windows Mobile Device Center to connect/sync to the phone via Bluetooth.

    Any help is very appreciated!

Hi Kiti, thanks for the reply.  I had just a little work there is, however I came across a program that makes it much easier: WMWifiRouter.  I highly recommend it!
