Add the signature field to the second occurrence of two words (nieme Word) on the page


I have a script that searches for two words ("APP ENG") on a page and adds a digital signature field.

The trick is that there are two occurrences of these words and place the script in the field of digital signature on the first ocurrance of the two words.


I need the digital signature script to add to the second occurrence of these two words.

There was a counter added the script, but this place then the field on the word ("ENG"), it might have to do with the meter to count one word instead of two.


If someone can help me to modify the script to count the words and the occurrences of two words instead of one word it would be most appreciated.

    I have a form with 12 questions.  Most of the questions will require long answers. After each question, I would like to have a button that adds a page of this issue with space to add to the answer.

    I am very new to this. I read on a model of spawning, but I don't know this is my best option or if it's actually doable.  I know how to add the button and I think I know where to add the script. I don't know what would be this script.  In some scenarios, I also read that using Adobe Reader users would not be able to use the model. Is this the case? If so, it is not the solution for my problem.

    Ideally, the new page would be added after the current page with an additional form field allowing the user to add their response.  If possible, each page is unique.  For example, if I add a question one page, the new page would say something like: "response to Question 1 (continued)."

    I'm continues Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It is the only tool available to me right now.

    See a lesson in models it is old but still works the same. There are a number of changes to the user interface since version 5.

    I managed to match the first occurrence of the bicycle to the second (underlined below) using the following grep.

    I created a button in my form that generates a new page. This new page has been defined as a model (Named 'New Page') and hidden (page 2). My button is on page 1 and uses a command script to execute a JavaScript script (on the mouse down) what follows is this script:

    I'm not aware of any mobile-based PDF Viewer that supports this method. Mobile versions of Adobe Reader supports a very limited subset of what support versions of office.

The signature fields used to have little flags in the corner of the box that indicates that they were ready to be signed. My steps consist of:

    Select Tools - prepare forms. I click on the "this document requires signature. Automatic detection is on.

    Next, I check the automatically created fields. I tried to just change the properties of the signature signature box and I also tried drawing signature block or a right signature (not sure what the difference is) , I noticed that under "More" there «return it to the form acrobat.» When I do I get the message that "Acrobat will now NEA Acroform - click ok to continue"-I made and save - can I save again with the new name of 'Save as another' to activate the form. So I check the form in Reader, but it does not work! What I am doing wrong? I used to be able to do that!  I tried other ways, but DC wants me to a digital signature for me (I already have one!) Help please!

    I use a trial version of Acrobat Pro DC and PREPARATION of a form to an existing PDF document. I can't find a way to create a digital signature field that can be "click (to sign).

    Note: The existing .pdf has a digital signature field works but when I click on 'Prepare the form' and select this shape, it blocks every time Adobe Acrobat Pro. I must change the .pdf first, delete the existing digital signature field, save the .pdf, then on 'Prepare the form' and select it with the required signature checked.

    I read several articles in the knowledge base and tutorials that refer to an icon in the toolbar of the digital signature, but I have not this icon can be selected. That's what I see:

    When I select the available signature icon (envelope with x) this simply creates a text field, that when the document is opened in Adobe Reader, this field disappears when you click it.

    I tried with Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 7 as well as currently on Mac OS 10.10.5 (Yosemite). Help to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    The problem is that you have selected the signing required check box. When you do this, it limits you to a form that is compatible with Adobe sign, which allows no digital signature fields. What you can do is to click on the more button in the right panel and select "Back to the form of Acrobat" and you will be able to add digital signature fields.

    TypeError message probably explains why you could not add the page of Mycroft search engine initially.

    When I search this exact error in Google, only that rolled up from July 2013:

    I'm close to finishing a book of 257 pages.  All pages are numbered automatically down, and I spent a few weeks carefully constructed an Index at the end of the book that has all the right page numbers listed for everything.  So whatever I do, I can't change my page numbers.

    But at this late stage, I would like to add a few epigraphs (quotations) in four or five places (I just got this idea today, I'm afraid).

    Is it possible to add a few pages here and there (I will add two pages at a time, I know, or he'll hit all the pages that follow, half of them designed to be left, and half designed to be on the right - off) that are not numbered, and that will not affect the numbering of the following pages?

    It is not Automatic way. If you are ready to have unnumbered pages which are not included in the number of pages, you can, for each page the inserted value

    (1) select the first page after the pages will be added

    (2) in the menu pages palette, use the Options Section and number and the page number of started with the value what it is already. In this way, adding pages will not affect the numbering.

    (3) in order to avoid conflicts with the new pages page number, set their numbering on something else as 1,2,3. (as i, ii, iii, for example)

    For later use, you can configure your index with the indexing of InDesign tools, if a false problem, as you would have been able to add the pages and then re - automatically generate a correct index.

  • Dynamic buffers WITH Signature fields?

    I'm curious to see if anyone knows how to make a dynamic buffer which includes signature fields already set up when the stamp is added? Is it still possible?

    There are times where I need to send several documents at once with their own unique timbre, but having to constantly put the stamp and then add 11 signature fields (in my case) per document is quite heavy.

    When a dynamic stamp is applied in all fields are automatically

  • I can not display the page numbers of my books

    I want to sort my books pdf by number of pages, but when I add this detail (Pages) in the folder the whole column is empty.

    How can I get page numbers to display?
    I tried the following far with the following results:
    1. the folder does not give me the ability to edit the details of the file when I right click on it so I can't enter the page numbers manually.
    2. when I right click and check the properties of the available tabs are general, sharing and customize.  Customize tab only allows me to change the folder icon.
    3 when I select the properties of one of the pdf books in the folder tabs only I get are general, Pdf, and resume and I am unable to add the page number, use one of these tabs as well.
    4. I downloaded 'Quick pdf tools' that allows me to be able to change the pdf information because I thought that the reason why the column is empty is because the PDF itself does not page number filled in, but by viewing the properties with this tool, I am able to see that the page numbers for all the pdf files are listed (and can not be changed) so I don't understand not why the column for pages shows blank in the windows folder.
    What I resorted to that adds the keywords column to the file and write the page numbers in this column because the information I enter in this field will appear in the windows folder column.  I have a number of books, and it's a little disheartening to think that I must do this for each book when the information is already there for example the page number.
    So, if anyone can let me know what I can do to make the Pages column displays the number of pages rather than remain just an empty column, I would be very grateful.

    I'm working on a book of 450-500 pages with 4 chapters, 150 + images full page of text, end and beginning of information (title page, preface, introduction, table of contents, annexes, glossary, end notes).

    I booked three chapters using the InDesign book feature, now works on the bits before and end and a final chapter (actually Chapter 1).

    I watched the excellent video of Michael Murphy on the feature of the book, and it adds the page numbering and sections before he created the model. I make them after I have chapters in the book.

    A question:

    How can I add a separate paging once I have booked several chapters?
    I also want to add an article and before any style i, ii, iii, etc., and after 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

    Second question

    How can I add the title of the book to all the pages in the left hand and the title of the chapter on the right pages now? I've never done it in InDesign, and my attempts after reading aid do not work even on a chapter outside the service book. In the book feature, I don't know yet how to start.

    A question: same thing if you are working on a single document to create a doc of island new section where you want and adjust the figures. Numbering book will adjust when you synchronize the numbers in the book panel.

    Two Qusruib: put this stuff on master pages. Title of the book is not likely to change from page to page, then type this information in a text block. To the chapter title, use a running Header Variable (see variables in the help).

    Take a look at my sample tree application.
    When you select a node, a details report is updated. That should help you implement for your situation.
    However, one thing to note is the link on each node that you have. Click on a node to redirect to the same page and set the value of P40_SELECTED_NODE. You can keep the element, but the link should go, as it's him "reload" the page whenever you click on a node. Implementation of the action of "onselect" tree and setting the page element to the value of the node that will be in place. Be sure to add the page element in the elements present in the form of tables.

    I have a photography website that I created. All pages except the home page has a header and footer. What is the most effective way to cut the pages to export as HTML and images? Before I cut the header and footer on each page and exporting, but I find myself with many identical slices.

    I tried to use the master page, but the problem is that my homepage has a picture on it and I don't want that to carry out to all other pages. Leave I better cut to the top of each page individually, even if they have all the same items? Here are a few shots of what I'm referring to.

    If really, you build the site - and not just a prototype of graph, select the required slices and export. Use Dreamweaver to generate html/css design of pages, based on your comp.

    If you want to mount a model of better place, remember that you can also share layers to pages. This gives you more control on which pages share the content. The trick here is to create one (or several layers) containing shared assets. Select the layer in the layers panel, and then choose the options of the Panel layer part in the Pages. During the dialogue that opens, simply add the pages that you want to share the layer of.

  • When I send docs to singnature, I also need to send the docs of signature in the same email... the 'signature' field shows at the top of the last page, but I need to show at the bottom of the second?

    I'm new to the Adobe service and I have 5 documents I send to every email.  Two of the docs require signatures, but the others although important, don't require signature.  I want to send all documents in an email, but it seems that the platform sees all 5 documents into a single document requiring a signature that ends by appearing at the top of the last page (ends up being a document that does not require a signature).  Everything works well except the signature field that the platform assigns to the document.  Is it possible to change this?  Have the final signature field appears at the bottom of the second page of the document?

    In this scenario, you can manually place the signature fields in the first two pages.

    When you do not place the signature manually fields, system automatically places a signature filed on the last page of the document.

    Please make sure that you place the signature field manually, so that the system won't automatically place the field.

    -Go to the send page

    -Select overview, positioning the signatures or add form fields

    -Click next to add the signature fields
