• How to change the logo in the workspace

  Hi, I use Hyperion 11.1.2 and our customer wishes to change the logo on the login to workspace page. I found this post Re: change the logo in the workspace , but this is the path to the previous version and I can't find where to put the file logon_panel.gif in 11.1.2 up-to-date.
  
  I tried to update the logn_panel.gif under these two files, but in vain. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated! Thank you.

• USB mouse & keyboard disabled randomly after the Windows 7 login Panel

  Hi all

  Randomly, after the Windows 7 login Panel, windows disables my keyboard and USB mouse.

  -No problem in BIOS or on the login Panel, but once the credentials entered and valid, and reaching office, mouse and keyboard (USB) close

  -To solve the problem, I need to reboot several times, waiting for an instance where my devices are not closed (so it works without any pb until the next reboot)

  -J' have a backlit keyboard and when the problem occurs, light are turned market, as if it was turned on and turned off randomy

  Searching the Internet, seems, I'm not the only to encounter the problem, however single chip found Advisor on these was mentioning it is a bug in Microsoft Windows 7, associated with the management of the power supply of the USB ports. However the advice provided to change the config to disable these judgments do not work...

  Have you tried to go to safe mode with networking Mode and update your USB drivers?

  You didn't say you had the problem goes mode without failure, so it might be a solution for you.

  To do this, I've renamed the logon_panel.gif located in: \Hyperion\deployments\Tomcat5\Workspace\webapps\workspace\themes\theme_tadpole\images_global\.
  And put another image in this folder with the name logon_panel.gif. But still i m not able to see the new image on the login to workspace page.

• Group users cannot be added as participants of the workspace

  I've added a few external partner users to my Beehive group online and they are visible as "verified" in the management tool of group, but when I try to add them to a workspace through new Participants page, they don't find when I type in their name or your e-mail address. They did not automatically added to home workspace group, either, after being added to the group.
  
  Any ideas what could be the problem?

• All-in-one printer, HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus will not print the image in the logo of the company

  I have a Mac the OSX Lion version 10.7.3 (11 d 50) I recently installed this printer. I printed the other documents in color without problem.

  Now, I'm trying to print an invoice with my company logo. The X in the logo is an image that has different shades of blue, but it prints other items on the invoice that are blue. It also correctly print the watermark in blue.

  It turns out that I had to change my color matching print settings to make it work. I went under correspondence of colors and changed the option provider corresponding to ColorSync.

  This automatically replaced by the profile glossy color Brochure instead of paper simply. It's a shame as this used toner and does not allow you to print a copy of the project.

  I tried a couple of the other profiles, but so far they use as much toner, or does not print the logo. I was subjected to time constraints, so I had to stop experimentation, but once this project is completed, I will try the other profiles to see if they work.

  I have a jpg file which contains the logo of the company, which must be displayed on the top left corner of the page. It's on APEX 3.2 on XE 10 g
  
  For this purpose, I went into the defintion entered and shared components application tab

  as the name of the image. I also downloaded the image file under file > > link images.
  
  After doing all the steps above, when I run application it does not display image at all. It displays than typical cross checked container which would indicate the absence of an image on the page.

  You wanted a step by step so that is.

  The word is spelled 'then', not 'den '.
