  Having Windows 7 64 bits should not affect your ability to download contect for any game.  If you have upgraded your PC from XP to Windows 7, you may want to uninstall\reinstall the game and then try to download\install the additional courses.  If you have a problem to download, check that your firewall or antivirus does not download.  You can perform a clean boot , and then try to download.  If there is still a problem, you must contact EA support to see if they have alternative download sites to try.   Some friends and I were playing tiger woods 2008 via a local network online connection.  We all live in different areas, and we connect with direct IP.  I had a weird problem.  If I start my computer and go in tiger woods and then online games and then connect to a direct ip (lan), everything is good.  However, after the game everyone disconnects and the host sets up another game and we go back in.  Well it won't let me it says: "the host IP does not appear to host a game Tiger Woods PGA Tour (R) 08.  So if I restart the computer it let me new.

  Also, so that my player must be able to swing and hit the ball right I have to unplug my mouse keyboard and logitech G9 g11.  Also, I have to unplug these devices for ventrilo work correctly also.  Any help on these questions would be great.

  Since when are you facing this problem? How long have you encountered this problem? The mouse you have, it's a wireless mouse? The mouse has always been a problem in playing?

  First of all I would like allows you to place the computer in a clean boot state and check if the problem occurs in the boot, to place the computer in a clean boot state, follow these steps:

  a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

  b. click Start , type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.

  c. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the Load Startup items check box. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)

  d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all.

  Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

  e. click OK, and then click restart.

  Please check if the problem reoccurs after restarting the computer.
   
  You can also disable antivirus software and firewall and check if the problem occurs again.
   
  Reset the computer to start as usual after you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

  a. click Start , type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue.

  b. on the general tab, click the Normal startup option and then click OK.

  c. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart.

  There is a support and a set of rubber bumper needed to connect a disk 2.5 "hard.  In general, these are not delivered with the system unless it is controlled with a hard drive - you must remove the base of the cover to check if - some reports are that some versions can be delivered with the necessary equipment.  If not, they are likely available from spare parts from Dell and from other sources such as EBay and third Dell parts suppliers such as share - People.com.
