Additional white space around the graphic header & amp; Navigation bar

I have a graphic header and Navigation bar (flight path images) positioned inside a table. Unfortunately, there are about 1-2 pixels of white space on the left, right and the top of the header image. Even with the navigation bar - there are 1-2 pixels of white space around the edges (left and right). By default, the cell padding for the table is set to zero. So central is set to zero, why do I see a blank space between the edge of the graph and the edge of the table?

You can see what I mean here: http://newstartinvestment.com

What is causing this extra white space, and how do I get rid of him?

Personally, I thought that the white border was a feature, but... In
addition to the cellpadding, adds cellspacing:

cellspacing = "0" bordercolor = "#000000" bgcolor = "#FFFFFF" >

Hi, here is an update.  I managed to get rid of the white line in the menu expanded by increasing the height of the image (sorry, I don't think than forward).  So, there is only a thin white line on the left in the menu of the collapse.  If she can't get rid of, its color can be changed?  Thank you.

Here ya go - save you messing around hunting which was placed on what element and then combination of css classes, get rid of him.

    Photoshop elements 12

    Open your image file

Go to Image > resize > canvas size. In the dialog box that opens, in the title of "New format", add 3mm to the height and width. Make white canvas extension color. OK it.

Who should do it for you.

  • How can I add white space around an existing photo

I want to add white space around an existing photo.  I 'file' 'new' to create a space bigger than my existing photo.  Then I tried to move the existing photo in the "new" file  The message I get is "the target document has a different depth in the source document.  This can result in lower than expected quality.  Are you sure you want to continue? "When I clicked on Yes, it cropped on the right and left of the existing photo."  So I recreated everything to make sure that the resolution is the same as the existing photo document.  I also made the "new" document size was larger than the existing photo.

My goal is to have the existing photo to be bottom-heavy with white so I can put a title below.

There may be a better way than what I do to get the results I'm looking for.  Any help will be appreciated.

One way would be Image > canvas and add white or another color, there by increasing the size of the canvas. If you do it in two steps, once with the same space around, and then with the anchor positioned above you can add more space to the depth of your legend.

  • Muse white space after the body, but before the page footer

I just changed with almost a complete rewrite of my site and published it in http://www.lowerphotography.com and all is well except for the HOME page. The change was to take advantage of the new sensitive design which is very neat. Before the change of the HOME page was fine. I watched other observations of white space and made sure everything looked good... not hidden things that I could find. The master page works on all pages of the site. But the HOME page after the body and before the footer has this big white/background space after footer. I don't think it's in the master page as it works for all pages I can say. The homepage has texts and pictures on it and a link to another site. But nothing shows that the cause for me. With all the time I've spent on this site a little "bug" which is just a pain trying to get the HOME page to look really good. Suggestions please?

You can try the solutions in the following positions?

How to get rid of white space above the footer of Muse

  • Remove the white space below the text

Why is there so much white space between the word "Scriptures" and the image below at the top of http://www.tellerbooks.com/faith.htm ? How some of this space can be removed so that it looks like the other product pages such as http://www.tellerbooks.com/public_policy.htm?

Arrangements of tables are not my first choice for the modern layout.

Try to remove your CSS table cells default padding and margins.

  • White space on the right side of the browser (all bugs reported have not worked)

When I look on my iphone more than 6, I get the dreaded white space on the right side of the browser. In landscape mode, it's good, but in portrait mode, this is where the problem lies. I checked to see if something is on the line in the grid view and nothing is (well, there were a lot of things like the areas of text and images, but I got that fixed but still nothing). The funny thing is, it is only on the home page. If I go to another page, then he is not there. So I checked all over the homepage to see if everything is right on the line and I can't find anything.

The site is http://www.nathansmart.com/aa - please don't mind the crappy pictures (they are placeholders) and logo (I don't have it ). Someone could just take a peek to see if it appears on their phone? I'll check a normal iphone 6 this evening.

Also, wouldn't she highlighted when I decrease my browser from office of this size? Why is it only appear on my iPhone and only on a single page? Obviously, there must be something wrong with this specific page, but there is nothing on the lines.

Some of the images are hanging off the page from about 455 px and smaller. It is difficult to see because they have a transparent background, but you should be able to see in Muse if you have the contours of the block on (view-> show the contours of the block). Drag the clip of breakpoint in the Muse until approximately 415 px and you should see some of the images are off the page to this width (the van of image in particular).

    Hope that helps!

  • White space at the bottom of the container

I've tried everything. I turned off sticky footer and removed the padding down but I can't figure out how to remove white space at the bottom of the container.image.jpegimage.jpeg

I wasn't expecting the rounded corners to cause problems.

But positioning not connected and disconnected from the separate elements in a Web page is always something to be careful with. Smart Guides can pop up very reassuring, but Muse simply cannot change the principles of HTML. The length of a text and the depth of a just framework is not easy to predict and anticipate, so a bad alignment can occur. Grouping could help. Try to find a different design that is less sensitive to these effects.

  • There is white space to the right of my design seen in the portrait on a tablet or a phone

    Hello

I hope someone can help me with this problem, it happens on many of my sites. When my site is viewed on a tablet in portrait orientation or on a phone, there is a uniform amount of white space on the right side of the screen, even if all the elements are set to 100% width.

You can see on these sites: www.pfcwine.com or www.tracilane.com

Note: when I bought form templates some resources out there does not happen, clearly that they have found the solution?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

In this case, I would look very closely on 3rd party widgets. Delete one by one and in the air, what is happening.

  • White space above the footer...?

    Hi guys,.

I have problems with my footer and the height of the page to get rid of the unwanted white space above the footer setting.

  • White space to the right of the browser

The site can be seen at: mina.liangbros.com.

I read through many sons and they said I have objects outside the frame or box of muse but I double and triple checked and there is no external object. I have not added the no style scrolling as suggested some people but that is not 'really' problem.  When you click on one of the tabs, you can see the white space (in my case its gray space), or you can highlight text and drag it to the right to see the white space.  Can someone help me with this? His summer gives me a headache! Thank you guys a lot!

    Hello cullanl48700389,

I think that you are able to see the white space in the case of telephones. As you tried to create a full Web page width then it can happen to the phone if you have not created a separate telephone provision. Please check following and let me know if it helps.

    1. Make sure it is only placed anything outside the page, including the master page.
    2. Make sure that everything that is not a width of 100% items must be placed in the grid overlay
    3. To activate the grid overlay click on view > Show Grid overlay
    4. Enabled grid overlay will show pink shade on the page. Make sure that none of the elements other than the full width are outside this area
    5. If the problem persists, then please share with me .muse file and I would like to take a peek.

    Kind regards

    Vivek

  • The ghost as a white outline around the text at the beginning of the appearance.

When I superimpose a title (with a black font) at the beginning of a clip and apply a bland cross both default to fade in, I see a ghost as a white outline around the text at the beginning of the appearance. Happened to the CS6.

    [title published by mod]

Place a fade on top a dissolution can cause unexpected results for the balance.

A suggestion for a better (more reliable) way to fade in multiple layers - especially when these layers are compositing - is to place a Black video clip (you can generate a new element function) on a layer above several clips you want to fade in or out and then just melted this black clip to fade in the lower layers , or fade the back clip to Dim lower layers.

Not having dissolved individual on each track also makes it easier to adjust the fade in and out, as you only need to adjust the length of the transition from one dissolve applied to your black clip.
