  The selector looks like this would be the best bet to do this, because a drop-down list would be much less elegant way to do it. The selector will be expanded to support the values of Date/time? Maybe it's possible now?

  Unfortunately, the DateTimePicker in Cascades cannot be used for values other than Date & time. As an alternative, you could use cursors and display the value above, because there are a lot of values to choose from in your specific application:
