  I suspect that the file is corrupted.

  Method 1.
  Check if you can play the same video in a different media player.

  Method 2.
  You may need to check if the codecs work very well to play the file. Check if you have installed third party codecs. Uninstall them and re - install and then check.

  I have Windows XP Professional and see that Windows XP will support ending April 8, 2014. My question is quite simple: what is the best operating system to install instead of XP?   I don't have personal experience with Win 8, so take the following with a grain of salt.  It is my understanding that Win 8 is really designed for touch screens, although it works without one.  There was a lot of vocal dissatisfaction with Win 8, but which can decrease as people get more used is a pretty important user interface change.

  I had XP Pro Win 7 Pro change quite easily.  In addition, if you plan to use your hardware even (rather than buying a new computer with Windows pre-installed), your old hardware is support Win 7 to 8 win more.

  My suggestion: go with Windows 7 Professional

  If you plan to install one of these operating systems on your current hardware, run these first:

  Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor
  Upgrade Wizard of Windows 8 (for 8.1, see http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-from-windows-vista-xp-tutorial)

  I recently started to play a game called "Realm of the Mad God". It is a Flash-based game that can be played on IE11/Chrome/Firefox and since to FP17 built-in these browsers, I have no problem to load. However when I try to run the game with Flash projector, I get an "error of loading of Version. I believe that this is the case since I don't FP17 installed on my computer, just as an add-on in my browsers.   Batteries are normally classified as consumables and generally covered only for 1 year standard regardless of warranty for the system.

  The warranty will only be for the rest of the equipment of systems; Reference Dell will replace for example, motherboard, hard drive, processor, screen, charger if they fail. These can be expensive for the user to the source and manually replace.

  Your instructions helped a little, but my problem is finally resolved as explained below:

  I completed the download/installation of Flash Player 11, but it didn't work, it seemed to be "disabled."

  I then went to Adobe.com Flash Player Help (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html)

  I followed the instructions: turn off ActiveX Filtering (if you use Internet Explorer 9) close Internet Explorer and then restart it.

  Then I downloaded/installed Google Chrome (Flash player is built into Chrome and enabled by default).

  My problem has been resolved and the Flash Player/Google Chrome works perfectly.
