  Can I assume you are using Dreamweaver server behaviors (I guess if you ask this question, it is likely that you would be).

  There is a script and a video that explains how to use it.

  If you want to do it yourself, fund an action where you will use the layer > align >... Menu entries to place your signature where you want.
