Adobe Acrobat Standard XI (Universal English Windows) #C0284482638I

I buy Adobe Acrobat XI Standard (Windows Universal English) on February 11, 2015 and am wrong now to download the software on a second computer.  I find difficult, misleading and impossible instructions for what should be a simple process.  Please provide information to allow me to accomplish the goal without going through the frustration I feel now.  Thank you.

I'm sorry that you're facing difficult to download your software. Please try this:

  1. Make sure that you are logged on as an administrator.
  2. Temporarily disable any antivirus software.
  3. Download Acrobat Standard from this page: download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X.
