  What operating system is running your 12 items first? Have you updated to the 12.1 update 12? If this isn't the case, please do so using Help Menu/implementation of an open project.

  The latest version of QuickTime is a requirement for Premiere Elements. Among other things, without him you don't have QuickTime export presets when you arrive to the exports to publish + share/computer/QuickTime.   you need to download the latest version of QuickTime Player for Windows from Apple http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
  If you have problems you can try to remove the existing installation and install again.

• I need "Adobe permits" to download the instructions for my iPhone 4 from Apple. I just tried to join Adobe, for this and now I'm in trouble with subscriptions and products.

  I just got an Apple iPhone and is trying to get the thing to work. In accordance with the instructions of Telfort, I need to download the manual. When I try to download the manual, I get a message that Adobe 'need my permission' to run. OK, so I tried to join Adobe and got myself a password.   Jeff, thank you very much for answering. I'm no good in things technical and is seriously frustrated with this thing struck dead. I managed to get a really nice guy on the line of Telfort and he sends me a new SIM card. Looks like the one I received was not working right. I have to deal with Adobe Reader anymore because I just got the manual on my Nook (eReader from Barnes & Noble) for only $2.99. I'll be able to see when the new SIM card is delivered and should be able to figure it out from there. Once again, thank you for your response.

  I think that you run some aggressive scans on your system for infections malware\virus.  The fact that you get into any trouble with the Windows updates as well as 3 updates (Apple and Adobe) party leads us to a problem that is more then just a Windows Update issue.  You do not mention 2 firewall running.  You must disable one of them, because the firewall programs may conflict with each other and cause problems.  Here are some links with useful information about the protection malware\virus.

  I understand that you have a DVD picture in your SuperDrive drive, but it is not mount on the desktop and will not eject.

  Please, try the procedure described in this article using the disc is ejected.

  Get help with the SuperDrive slot on your Mac - Apple Support loading

  Do not eject discs or discs eject slowly

  1. If the drive ejects discs slowly or appears to have difficulty, insert and eject a disc several times. Check the disc to see if it has a label or other material stuck to the disc which increases the thickness. Remove the label if possible.
  2. If the disc does not eject, try pressing the eject on the keyboard button. Some older keyboards may use the F12 key to eject the disc.
  3. If the disc does not eject, try dragging the icon of the disk to the trash.
  4. If the disc will still not eject, try to hold down the mouse or trackpad button after you restart the computer. The Superdrive should attempt to eject the disc.
  5. If the disc still does not eject, reset the System Management Controller (SMC) and repeat steps 1 to 4.
  6. If the disc still does not eject, Contact Apple or an provider of services authorized Apple, or make an appointment with a Store Apple Store for further assistance.

  Do not run the installation from its current location, instead, save it locally on your hard drive in the downloads folder and then run the Setup file from there to iTunes and QuickTime.

  You can have your photos on iCloud without any problem.  Lightroom CC 2015 is compatible with mac, please check system requirements of Lightroom CC 2015.
