  I'm trying a service allowing our small company to sign PDF documents in our offices or on our mobile devices. I came across Adobe eSign Services as a mobile solution (since we already have Acrobat Pro) However, because I am fairly new to the Adobe online services, I wonder is a customer with no Adobe eServices (eSign) could sign a PDF file that has been sent by us with Adobe eSign Manager? (especially on mobile devices. For example, if they had CudaSign or DocuSign) we do not want to cause inconvenience to our customers with download a particular application, or create accounts to anywhere just sign one of our documents. Some clarification in this regard would be appreciated.

  By default, it did not signatories to first have an account E-Sign to esign document. The signatories will receive an email containing the link to document and once it is which is clicked, it is opened in a browser to fill and esign.

  Hello Daniel,.

  If you are talking about the library of templates to share with other users (in this case, your boss), then it is necessary of adding it to your account first and provided if you have business plan level. If you have an individual account, you can not share it with other users.

  The business plan level, you can go to the tab manage and scroll patterns library and click on modify. Then, in the preview page, click view properties and choose the option to share with the group or full account.

  For the first scenario, you can use the file attachment field by making it slide in the preview page and then send for signature.

  Second workflow, if you are looking to integrate the document in a Web site, you can use the Widget feature and can retrieve the JavaScript Code into the Web site. Here's the reference documentation:

• Anyway is to add or modify any intermediate process of signatories?

  I can't seem to find a way where, for example, you have two signatories and several documents, then start placing signature on documents fields to realize that you need to add another signatory.

  From now on, you cannot change signatories when added to the Send tab and if accessed to the overview page. I recommend to use the pattern library so that you can use saved the document with form fields already placed inside and then send for signature. You can go to the dashboard-> model click Add to library and download it.

  I have a document that I sign, then send for signature.

  I created a document such as a form that has totally blank fields.

  However, I was able to create a pdf file that has my signature, but I do not know how to add a signature field and send it out.

  A tutorial using the pdf or the form would be perfect!

  See the screenshots below for help: -.

  (1) enter the email of the signatory.

  (2) If you want to sign before sending the document select I need sign box under "to and show CC ' field.

  (3) download the document.

  (4) check "Preview, the post signature or add form fields" checkbox and click Next.

  

  (5) make drag & drop the required fields.

  (6) set the form field properties by double-clicking the fields in the form.

  (7) once done, send the form.

  

  Now it will ask you to sign the form PDF first & then it will send to the address of the signatories.

  You can use eSign service, where you can send the document for signatures of several signatories, but the document will be sent to the following signatory after the earlier signed & it is not possible for him to make the changes.
