Adobe first doesn't appear in my list of applications Manager to download

I just bought Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 for 19.90 each month. When I went to download Photoshop, it appeared in my Adobe Application Manager list and allowed me to install it without any problem. However when I went to download Adobe Premiere Pro it does not appear in my list of Manager of Adobe and so used let me install it. Where do I install Adobe Premiere, and why doesn't it let me install it because it does not appear in my adobe application manager?

Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 will only install and run on 64-bit systems

I suspect that you are running a 32-bit system in which case it will not appear in AAM by download.

  • Adobe lightroom does not update when I use the application manager to download upgrades.

    Hello

I have problems with adobe lightroom.  It is not updated when I use the application manager to download the new updates.  I tried to uninstall the application and re-download it, however the application manager will not allow that to happen because it shows that it is already installed and up to date. I think that the problem may have started when I installed lightroom using a link which you offered when creative cloud first started offering of lightroom.  This version of the program does not appear to work with the application manager.  Please let me know what I should do to fix the problem.

Here is some information on my computer:

NVIDIA GeForce 9400 M 256 MB graphics card

    Software OS X 10.9.2 (13 C 64)

When I open it, I get a window asking me to put the licensed software or continue my 30 day trial.

What happens when you click on 'license '? If you are prompted for your user name and password to Adobe, just go ahead and enter that and you're all set.

If asked for a serial number, it is still something the surplus from your previous installation. Try to log out and back in the desktop CC application. If it still does not respond, you may need to use the CC cleaning tool to get rid of the remaining files.

When I signed up for Creative cloud there are a number of products that appear in the site Creative cloud applications, but when I try to download Premiere Pro it does not appear as one of the applications that I have in the Adobe Application Manager. How can I download Premiere Pro?

    Hi Sir,

We apologize for all the inconvinence you had.

I just wanted to check you are using an OS that is 64-bit.

Premiere Pro is a 64-bit application & would appear only to Application Manager if your 64-bit system.

    1. you can go to start > run.

    2 type MSINFO32 & OK

    3. system type if there is a x 64 PC it is on another 64-bit it suggests x 86 32-bit

  • After Effects is not in my list of Application Manager? (Adobe cloud)

Adobe After Effects does not appear in my list of Adobe Application Manager owned by Adobe Creative Cloud.  I use my free trial of Adobe Creative cloud to see how I like it and I have already used the new Photoshop CS6 who has downloaded and installed fine but After Effects isn't even an option, and this is the main program that I wanted to try

Your computer meets the minimum system requirements to install the Adoeb After effects.

  • Why didn't - not all visited Web sites that appear in the list of authorization manager?

Some Web sites I visit (e.g., play.com) do not appear in the list on the left of authorization manager. However when I click on 'Manage cookies' they appear, with a list of all of the cookies. Is it because of a few settings, that I don't know? How can I stop this happening? Operating system is Windows 7.

Thank you very much. That seems to work for me, even if it seems no match with the instructions on the support Web page.

  • Why Adobe Premier Pro is not appearing in my Creative Cloud Application Manager to install?

I signed up for the $49.99 creative plan Cloud all included, which shows all the applications available in this document, including Adobe Premier Pro. However, when I go to download from my creative cloud login page, and it brings up the application manager, Adobe Premier Pro is nowhere to be seen. Others lack too?

Why it is not seen as an option to install, and how can I get it? Having the Premier Pro is one of the reasons that I signed up for creative cloud.

    Thank you!

64-bit support is required for Premiere pro CS6.

If your system does not meet the minimum system requirements ( http://www.adobe.com/in/products/premiere/tech-specs.html ), you will not be able to see the program in the list of the AAM.

  • 5 Lightroom appears as not installed in application manager

I installed 5 Lightroom (CC member) on my Mac with the Application Manager. As a first step, he has appeared on the list of installed applications. But now is no longer presents itself as installed. I can go to my applications and launch it, and it works fine. But, when I click on the Application Manager, it is on the saying of list ('find new Apps') background that is not installed.

This means that I have now to manually download and install all updates to Lightroom. Why does it not appear? How can I recognise once again that it is installed, so I can be informed of updates to the Application Manager?

The only thing I can think of that has changed since I installed, it's that I've upgraded to OSX Mavericks.

Edit: Latest version of Lightroom installed is 5.2

Shows update of Lightroom 5.7 in the application of CC desktop as 'install' rather than 'update' - confused - this behavior will change in the future, but 'install' is more or less just a LR5 update.

    Hope this helps,

  • Installed Adobe CC Suite can is more updated with the Application Manager with VISTA 64?

My system to my Win 7 Pro Office, but my home system is Vista 64 bit. After several weeks of work in the office and finally one day open my home office, I find that subsequently installed Adobe CC is no longer may be signed or updated with Application Manager. I can't open the application (Photoshop, Illust...) to allow the so I can put Win 7 on the system and reinstall without support me running on Ember and suck up all of my time to get the tools I pay to work.

Some update finally final straw and I can't you connect, open, allow or use my CC tools. Was it a "planned obsolescence", they did not announce this with any effort?  In fact, Manager application can not find even the internet to connect to the server, so you can connect! What?

Adobe has lost its way, or is now inhabited by demons? Now that the company has itself isolated from "responsible" buyers of their investment, we, public and customer contact and so they pull the plug on operating systems inherited without sufficient warning. This saves millions of programmers coding timing going all in mainly supporting latest versions of OS. What happens then?

I was an early user of Photoshop in the beginning of the 1990s, and before that in 1984 Lumina 16 and 32, so I saw it happen. I was a beta for Illustrator rises too much.

Really bummed to de-soulling of a machine tool company.

Any application that is creative cloud should not be disabled as CS6. It is best that you can, but it is not necessary. When you install these applications on another computer, you will get a warning saying that you have exceeded your NSO sign, then invites you to sign other computers. It's so MUCH EASIER to have to disable the old program. I would turn off CS6 and all other CC pre apps. CS6 really is not supposed to work even on Vista, it kind of works on XP, but not well.

  • I've removed the list from my manager to download by mistake (not the 1st time) where can I get information? < email deleted >

I deleted by mistake in the Download Manager list - the position to remove it from the list and the removal of the element are pretty close and I made this mistake before. Where are the data stored? Or can I get back my deleted data?

Once deleted, you cannot recover the data. The list is stored in a file called downloads.sqlite in the profile folder.

  • How can I purchase only Adobe Edge if she does not appear in the list of prices and Plans as a single application?

    Hello!
For now, I just need to buy Adobe Edge, but price page does not appear as a list of Application only.
How can I buy it? I have to buy the complete Plan?

(I'm tired of answering all times with 'Yes', but...) Indeed, Yes, it would be a good idea, but the client has not even decided to use the Edge at first, because even all they receive are made on board and it is imperative to continue to use the format.

I hope that Animate does not change that much then edge files can be migrated or have a compatibility. But among all the research I've done seems I'll have to buy all the CC Adobe plan to continue using it to Animate is launched.

    Thanks anyway for your help!
