  Oh I should mention. The "never enable" setting neither caused nor fixed crash / "stopped working" problem. It was a temporary cure to limit the frequency of the messages "Adobe Flash Player 16.0 r0 has stopped working" who came.   I had the problem. For some reason that I can't remember, I unfortunately uninstalled Adobe Flash Player as he tried to update all my free downloads from Adobe.
