  I'm having a problem with Acrobat or by default in my "M" drive to find a link.

  I have removed/deleted the link several times. I even tried the lock link.

  Whenever I have an appointment to "Create a link" then click on the link for the Action "Open Web page" and enter the URL www.southern-trails.com

  When I return to for test it goes to file:///M?Text%20Files%20for%20TMC...

  I have changed and went to properties and right click the Actions tab - select the Action to "Open the Web link", I locked and left unlocked and it always goes back to file:///M?Text%20Files%20for%20TMC...

  Is this due to the fact that the file is saved to this location. What I have to go back and create the PDF from scratch in InDesing and start again, I'm not having this problem with any other just this links on.

  I'm trying to do a silent install Adobe Reader - and I noticed that when I use the installer EXE, with no manual configuration, I have the "Adobe PDF Reader" Addon in Internet Explorer (IE11).

  When you install the MSI file - with or without transformation, I don't get the addon. I get a "PDF link Helper" but no PDF Reader addon. If anyone has experienced this?

  The "Adobe PDF Reader" Addon should install even if you run the .msi file.

  Check under the add on-"run without authorization" option, as shown in the screenshot below and it will list the "Adobe PDF Reader" Add on

• Why the Adobe PDF Create add-in is no longer supported by 25 FF?

  I use 25 FF on Windows 7 Pro x 64 system. Recently, I did a reinstall of the OS and with it a reinstall of Firefox. After importing my old profile, I noticed that the Adobe PDF create button was missing. It is a very useful application in my daily work.

  Going to the Add-ons Manager, I noticed that the Adobe Acrobat - create PDF 1.0 add on is disabled in 25 FF. Why support has been removed for this?

  I tried to use another Add on PDF, but it caused the browser hanging and it had to be removed. Is there a reliable option to save a web page to PDF? (other than the use of a Mac).

  This means that the addon message must be updated to be compatible with the latest version, if this addon is essential, you can revert to a previous version.

  • Install an older version of Firefox
  • Re-enable the Add-ons that have been disabled when upgrading from Firefox

  Sharing the PDF link, document get uploaded to the cloud & a unique link is created.

  If the same link is shared by other users, they will also have access to the shared document.

  There are two ways to create a PDF on a Mac:

  (1) you can use the default method, which is to choose file > print. Click on the PDF menu below on the left, then click on save as PDF. This lets you name and save the PDF file using the mechanism of OS X to create PDF files.

  (2) in the same menu, you can save in Adobe PDF format. It runs a script (a little slow) that lets choose you what PDF settings file you want to use. This is the Adobe-developed mechanism that replaces the old Virtual PDF printer.

  I've just upgraded to a new machine, and the "Save as Adobe PDF" option is missing in the PDF menu in the print dialog.  I'm on Mac OS 10.8.3 and SC 6.  I think that Acrobat X is supposed to automatically install this option in the main print dialog box; What can I do to get it installed if he stays out of the initial CS6 displays?

  I don't think that the Automator application is obsolete. It works for me on two computers that are running the latest version of Mac OS X 10.8.3 and Acrobat Pro XI. Maybe there is a problem with Acrobat X Pro and Mac OS X 10.8.3.

  You can try to uninstall Acrobat X Pro and reinstall to see if the Automator application works.

  Additionally, make sure that you update Acrobat X Pro to the last update.
