Adobe PDF subscription question export

I bought an annual subscription Adobe export in PDF format on September 5, 2015, that gave you the opportunity to cancel the subscription within14 days of the order for a full refund.  16 September 2015 it is today and I cancelled the subscription on the Adobe Web site.  However, the cancellation page shows that my subscription will not be cancelled until September 5, 2016.  It is still within the period of 14 days.  I want a refund of the amount of $23.88 I paid.  What is the problem here? : answer him help as soon as POSSIBLE.  Thank you.
