  Sorry to inform you, but it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get that work natively in Windows 7.  At best, you might be able to use XP Mode to run.  May need to find a replacement program.  Latest documents on the program was 10 years from Adobe themselves.  Before the release of XP.

  ·        What operating system is installed on your computer?

  ·        You did changes to the computer before the show?

  ·        What is the full error message that you receive?

  Try it out below mentioned suggestions and check if this may help:

  Method 1: Change the memory allocation for PhotoDeluxe Business Edition:

  a. start PhotoDeluxe Business Edition.

  b. Choose file > Preferences > discs to work.

  (c) in the use of physical memory section, change the used by PhotoDeluxe set to 75%, and then click

  d. OK.

  e. restart PhotoDeluxe Business Edition.

  Method 2: Rebuild and resize the Windows swap file:

  a. close all applications.

  b. right-click on my computer and choose Properties from the context menu.

  c. click on the performance tab, and then click virtual memory.

  d. Select the option 'Let Me specify my own virtual memory settings'.

  e. set the Minimum and Maximum virtual memory to a value equal to twice the amount of

  your computer's installed RAM, but it is not greater than 64 MB. For example, if you have 16 MB of RAM, the value

  the Minimum values and Maximum to 32 MB. If you have 48 MB of RAM, set the Minimum and

  A maximum of 64 MB. (Do not include any RAM for a RAM, such as Connectix RAM expansion utility

  Doubler).

  f. click OK, then click Yes in the dialog box confirm virtual memory settings.

  g. click close in the System Properties dialog box.

  h. click Yes in the dialog to change system settings to restart the computer.

  I suggest you try the steps below and check if it helps

  1. click on start

  2 Select computer

  3. click on the drive where you installed the photo Adobe deluxe for example (drive C, Drive D)

  4. Select program files

  5 double-click on Adobe Photo Deluxe

  6 find the uninstall file in Adobe photo deluxe folder then uninstall it with success.

  Photoshop Starter is dead for more than 5 years. Everything you try to do, it's probably just a compatibility issue or the program will no longer be able to contact Adobe servers, that have been cut a long time ago. Sorry, but you're wasting your time. Downlaod the trial / purchase loose 11.

  Your photos must be stored on your disk. If I recall Starter is a database system, so just the thumbnail and its changes are stored in the database with a link to the original image.

  It was long, so I could be wrong. If I do, look in the file menu of options to save or export. First select the files, then choose this option.

  No sooner I consent to a free update of Abobe that appears as a pop - up on my computer, my Photo Deluxe 2.0 ceases to be able to locate different types of files and open them.  Cannot open JPEG files.  The error message says that the application cannot find the file I want.  I rebooted the app using the diskette and re-recorded, but this has not solved the problem.

  What system are you on? Sounds like your seriously broken update something, but the software is so old, it will be difficult for anyone to provide assistance, given that most of us don't even remember. It could be much easier and less painful to use a free viewer like IrfanView or get Photoshop Elements that work on potential technical problems are quite elusive. As a first step, try to reinstall once more, but making sure to run with administrative privileges.

  Is in that photo Deluxe 2.0 can be made compatible with Windows 7 or higher?  There are more updates to update or support for Windows XP and that is the program many of us have used to run 2.0 it is such an easy photo editing program and perfect for the amateur and nobody old.  Nothing else to it happens close to the 2.0 and from what I've read on the Internet, there are many people who want to continue to use it, but no longer.

  Unfortunately, you seem lost in the maze of the Adobe forums. I don't even think there is a way to see all the information for what it is as old as Photo Deluxe. Sorry, but it's time to move on to something a little more of the 21st century. There are dozens of photo applications, many of which are free.

I want to get a new machine but I have a cap of $900 on my budget, I'm looking at a 12 or 16 GB of ram, a 500 GB hard drive - 1 t, the possibility to connect two monitors and a decent graphics/video card.

  Thanks for posting.

  It's great that you are looking for a new computer for your photo and video editing needs.  Unfortunately your budget ceiling doesn't really lend itself to a machine that will produce the kind of results you can for your customers.

  As a suggestion, the accuracy or Alienware computers would be excellent for this type of work, however in light of what you can afford, Latitude and OptiPlex computers would be a good alternative to lower end.

  Inspiron is good, but may not meet the specifications required by most video editing software and photo.

  Make sure that you check them specifications required by the programs you use before you make a purchase that work well and produce the results you and your customers are looking for.

  Maybe you could look for something in the Dell outlet that fits your budget or possibly put up a little more for something like my suggestions.
