  Yes. After MUCH debate of live chat (the first rep was very dismissive) - and then talk to the contractor. It turns out a person with a keygen used my serial no as well.

  I then had to prove that I bought with $ via the ancient recipes of Paypal + photos + screencaps. They then unblocked my account and issued me a new serial number.

  You have activated the sound using FN + ESC?

  In 2011, I bought Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended Student and Teacher Edition (Mac, English) for download, but now I have reinstall it on my computer and I can't seem to find where to download the student/teacher edition in particular, that the normal version (that I tried for the heck of it and found that it does not accept my serial number). Any help in order to find this version would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  The only difference between the normal and student/teacher is normally in the license, not the software.  Make sure that you try to use the serial number on the version correct appointed suite.

  Let me see if I understand: you want to extend a trial version, so you can finish your course? It is not possible. Unless you have purchased the product and have a serial number, there is no way to extend a trial version.
