Adobe's Stock subscription does not
Our firm has a creative team of cloud, which we use for many years and added Adobe Stock subscription that we added several months ago. I t was working fine: each Member was abel to search and download high resolution RF and vector art images that we use on a daily basis. A week ago we discovered that we could not download images high resolution. Trying to d/l, we were faced with a request to purchase the image for $99, or no matter what the price was.
We called Adobe customer service four times three days:
- They have confirmed that our account is in good standing
- Sees no reason that it should not work
- They tried to connect and to solve the problem a few times to nothing does not
- We promised that the problem would be fixed within 24-48 hours
It's day 7 (if you count the weekend) and still not corrected.
My supervisor contacted our rep for the Adobe account (CDW Channel Account Manager - operations) and had a back and forth with emails. "I'll leave this nameless person for now). Answers:
"A technician will call you directly."
"I understand how serious this is and you will hear a Tech today."
Still no response the next day.
We are an international company wide enough more of 19 offices and client Adobe since 2004. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable for an entity of the size and scope of Adobe.
Q:
Everyone is suffering from this same problem? It seems it should be a simple thing to fix.

My creative cloud subscription does not work, photoshop and lightroom always tells me to connect.
The only way to start any program is by activating the 30 day trial.

The crew of support for Adobe has solved it for me.
If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

But what have you tried?
Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (pretending to be XP for example) or even installation in compatibility mode as well? Also once compatibility is set, if it still does not work try by checking the "run as Administrator" as well.
If Ive read that right - http://forums.v3.co.uk/showthread.php?t=195482 , I think they say that they got it running.
But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).

How can I convert .ai files in jpeg format? It seems that I am only able to get the .ai files and my Adobe Photo Elements program does not recognize the file.
I want to continue my membership with Adobe, however, not if it requires some additional software purchase.
For .ai files, you will need to use or know someone who uses Illustrator or another program compatible .ai to convert. If you access a page of image details before license you can see the file type.
