  Apparently, Mac users such as I was not able to play the game since the year last because of this problem. Today, I downloaded the latest version of Shockwave (12.1.1.151) in the hope that the problem would have been resolved, but unfortunately it didn't. I've tested to see if Adobe Shockwave Player is even working on my Mac, and Yes, it is. I tried to play the game in Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome, but the game is always does not.   Unfortunately, iSketch developers should handle this themselves. The error message suggests something wrong with their Director of film and is not something inherent to the Shockwave Player

  I can't get shockwave player download and nothing I have tried seems to help. I think that my computer missing something but I don't know what, HELP please.

  I tried to download adobe flash player and had no chance, I went to there website and done what they said to try I have webroot spyware and antivirus trend, I had no problem until I downloaded IE8 I can do I'm not computer smart but understand the basics I also have microsoft defender and firewall active.   I downloaded the latest version of Adobe flash player. Otherwise my mac (version 10.9.2.) will not play videos etc on the internet.

  I tried a lot of things. I followed everything and done Adobe guidelines so that I didn't have any version of Adobe flash player on my macbook more. After that I run a clean install of the latest Adobe flash player, but it always stops at 75%, saying: "unable to install".

  I hope someone or adobe's fix for this problem. Maybe from time to adobe to update the latest version of flash player...

  After a lot of research and thought, fumbled my complete hard drive for the install_flashplayer15x32ax_chrd_dn_awa_aih.exe file. I found an instance of the file, in all places, downloads my file (exactly where it belonged). I then deleted this file and is then returned for Flash Download tried again the download. The download and installation is complete without other mistakes. I am now a proud user of Adobe Flash Player.
