AE, change the proportions of melted images

I am rendered images .png to DV NTSC, 720 x 480, 0.9 Pixel aspect.  My composition at AE settings are set to the same thing, however, when I import the images that they are listed as 720 x 480 (1.11).  Seen in the compose window frames extend beyond the visible area on both sides.  Using AE 7.0.

Why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

It will be his weird but it's true. The aspect ratio will not change the pixels. Aspect ratio only defines the interpretation - or tells a video application how these pixels to fit in a space on a scan line. It is a bit like the PPI tag added to images for printing. The tag has nothing to do with the actual pixels.

That said, if you can't find a setting to choose the format of the pixels when configure you the module output and rendering parameters, then the NOMINAL tag will not be added to make it. AE, or your NLE then take a look at the size of the image and make a proposal as to BY and field order. The assumption can be a problem. If this is the case, all you have to do is go into the settings of interpretation and change.

I guess that you are a DV codec. If so, there is no tag so ALL you have to do is reset the interpretation. It goes the same for first or FCP or Vegas or any other NLE. Sometimes a DV film is interpreted as evil BY.

I hope this helps.

If you use widescreen profiles, remember to resize the images that you use in the story before you import. Photo story can be deceived by screen 16:9 aspect ratio stories using a profile custom.

When I view the dimensions of the photo and see that a picture is 3888 x 2592, I need to calculate if it is 4:3. Which would take more time than change the image itself.

  • Why Muse does not change the names of certain images or property when exporting to HTML format?

Why Muse does not change the names of certain images or property when exporting to HTML format? and how can I keep the integrity of the name that the image/file has been saved as?

General Muse renames a file imported image if the image is modified to achieve the design or the exit, or if the name change was necessary due to a name conflict (two different images which had the same file name when importing).

The design-time features that will modify an image include cropping, rotation, rounded corners and effects (drop shadow, bevel or glow). It is also true that, in rare cases, Muse will merge an image with other content to optimize page download performance. An example of this would be to place a background image on a block of text that contains the text using system fonts. In this case, rather than a single image for text output and a separate image for the background, Muse will combine the two into a single image.

If an image is placed or imported by Muse and not tampered with, the image is crossed without modification (including the file name) at export/publish (with him except that Muse will always rename if two different images with the same name).

  • nested sequences change the proportions of clips under them

Sigh.  I thought about it.  These are my pains of the transition from FCP to Premiere Pro.
Apparently the regardless of the default settings I had rendering changed somehow the proportions of my original clips.
I have re-jiggered rendering in the preferences of the sequence parameters, and the new renders a snippet you want on-site.

So it's not a bug squarely in the first, more just a user error mixed with some default settings in rendering first clumsy.

  • How to change the color of an image...

I have a logo that I use and which has a

white background with black letters. I would use this logo sometimes with white lettering. How can I change this using PSE 7?

I'm creating postcards with a picture on the left and a block of color on the right who completes this picture on the left. I would also like to implement a gradient any image to the block of color. A few tips on how to do the same? I would like it to go from left to right...

He must reverse the logo to change the black letters on white background with white lettering on a black background. Shortcuts: ctrl + I (PC); cmd + I (Mac).

Above is an example of inversion of black letters on white background.

If you want to apply the white logo on another image, you can use the screen blend mode causes black to win.

For the color of the question block part:

You want from the edge of the transition for photo color block and the melted together as in the example above?

    If Yes...

    1. make the layer a regular layer. (I usually just duplicate the layer of origin, then turn off the background.) "It's a habit.)

2 create a solid under the image color fill layer. (Select the desired color to show the title of the image.)

3 fade image of transparency on the desired side by using a clipping group. (Clipping mask is the same if you run through some tutorials that use this term. PSE 7 and below use the cutting order group. Layer

See this page tutorial for different methods to make a clipping group.

    http://www.photokaboom.com/photography/learn/Photoshop_Elements/layers/layer_groups_clippi ng_masks/1_layer_groups_clipping_masks.htm

When I use a clipping group, I tend to use a solid base color fill adjustment layer.  As you can see in the above tutorial, there are several ways to do this, use the method no matter what makes you comfortable.

3A. I almost forgot to mention that I used the tool degraded in the solid color fill adjustment layer mask that I used as a basis for my clipping group to fade one side to transparency if the color United under the image show through.

Tip: Hold down the SHIFT key while pulling the gradient tool to get an edge even.

  • How can I change the proportional font in Firefox?

I prefer the helvetica font, so I changed the fonts for Web pages in the Firefox settings to it (changed all fonts helvetica, unchecked "allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"). However, some Web pages still displayed in what I guess is police seriff under proportional font. It would be nice to get all Web pages to display in the helvetica font, but it seems that firefox allows seriff or without seriff for the proportional font.
How can I make all display Web pages with the same font: helvetica?
Please don't tell me how to change other policies; Yet once, I did it.
I just want to know whether and how the POLICE PROPORTIONNELLE may be changed or disabled, so that all Web pages displayed in helvetica.

I found it. In fact, the proportional asking you if you prefer without serif or serif. Then, under the present, you can choose what serif is and how modish.

For example, I wanted my proportional to the police of Mona font. So I put sans serif for proportional representation, and then I changed sans serif for Mona.

  • my computer won't let me change the name of my images / files

I race 2007 on my PC with windows XP, home when I try to rename my pictures or records what happens with if you go ahead and change the name of the folder/file/photo will be, how to fix it. Thank you

    Hi horseygal,

I think that what is happening because you also delete the file from the file extension.

For example, you have an image file named "image.jpg" and you rename to 'image' ".jpg" is deleted which means that the file will lose its connection with the program, which is designed to open it.

You can hide the file extensions by:

    1. Select start > my computer
    2. click on tools > Folder Options
    3. go to the view tab and check "Hide extension for known file types".
    4. click on OK
