  I do with After Effects cs4 avi to play on billboards and have no problem of transmission at the sign. Customers say that they upgraded to After Effects cs6 and avi will play is no longer on the sign.   After you have entered your serial number, Setup detects that it is a serial number update and check your computer for a product (cs5.5) calling.  failing to find that it will ask you to select your product in a combobox control and after selecting the cs5.5, you will be asked your cs5.5 serial number.

  Enter the correct number at the right time and your facility should move forward.

• After the transfer of the library to new Mac, all the songs are duplicated

  I got a new iMac and launched iTunes and signed on my Apple account, where all my music presented themselves as available in iCloud.

  I then transferred the iTunes library to the iMac for my old Mac laptop.  Now each song appears twice, once with the cloud, indicating that it is not on my computer but in the cloud and the cloud is dashed outline, indicating that the path on my computer is awaiting transfer to the cloud.

  I don't know if it's just another bug of iTunes/iCloud or if I messed up the transfer.

  Recently, I worked on a project that requires a dynamic link between After Effects and Premiere CS6 on my MacBook Pro, which runs in OSX Mountain Lion. Everything worked great until yesterday, when I got an error message that says something along the lines of "Adobe Premiere has encountered an error. We will try to save your project and restart the first. "

  I opened the first, and that the same thing happened a couple of times, I was finally able to return to my project. Today, however, the same message appears when I opened it again. I went through the same routine again, opening, then then start again, but this time it did not work.

I'm forced to leave several times and restarted my computer with all closed applications.   So, apparently this has something to do with my CPU or GPU? I am not really educated when it comes to GPU, so I don't know what to do now. I have a Version of CUDA 5.5.47 driver on my computer (I'm not entirely sure of how it got there in the first place...), and system of preferences has been advising me that it must be updated. I heard somewhere, on another forum, this may have something to do with it, so I downloaded what I thought was a newer driver version, even though it turned out just to be the same version (5.5.47) that I have already (which seems to be the latest).

  So, what do you think I should do? Is there something very specific that should be done? It has something to do with this CUDA thing? Is the best option, simply uninstall and reinstall?

  This sounds like the known problem with the latest driver from nVidia.  Google for nvidia CUDA (and) driver archive download and install previous versions of the driver and CUDA driver and see if it corrects you upward.

  I have some slight problems with after effects and adobe CS6 CC on my laptop first.

  I downloaded the CC application and can install all the applications, and all applications (photoshop, illustrator, etc. media encoder) works perfectly except AE and creation.

  NVIDIA 840M

  Consequences:

• Premium web CS6 vs access CC for After Effects - conflict?

  My apologies if there is no response to a similar question. If so, I certainly struggled to find.

  I currently have CS6 installed web premium (student edition), but I need access to After Effects for a unique assignment. There is obviously no independent for After Effects in an edition student.

  If I had to sign up to CC just to get to After Effects, what impact it would have on my installation CS6?

  You can use After effects CC and CS6 on the same system at the same time because both are separate versions also or you can register for the one application After effects CC or get a complete creative cloud.
