  Is based on the mailboxes you want to reorder. I can drag the local mailboxes on my Mac to any order. You can only do with boxes main mailbox or mailboxes on the IMAP.

  This isn't a feature of this program.  Logging out (or with another program) is your only option to lock out of sight.

  Or you can remove the program from mail entirely and just go to the site to read your mail.  Then when you log out and close the web browser, they are not accessible without password.
