My computer seems to work well, except that the fan runs all the time (there are a lot of processes running & the CPU usage is very--often 100%, but the computer works fast).

  Recently, I wiped my computer and did a new install of Windows 7.  Everything went well, however, I'm having a problem, now I think that the CPU is not accelerate as it was when I was running a large number of programs at the same time.  For example, when I go to youtube for a video, the speed of the fan would go up and the computer would run more fast to play video at normal speed, but now the video will stutter and drags, it seems that the computer takes 2 seconds to play 1 second of video.  This isn't the only place where I noticed it either, during the execution of multiple programs, the computer will be progressively slower.  I know that my computer has the ability to function normally without lag, because that's how it worked before as I have re-installed W7.  Can someone direct me on a solution to this problem I'm having?  I already tried to change the energy in high-performance option, however, I do not want to change the display settings to ultra-high performance, so I hope that there is another solution.

  It is not clear what you're asking.  If you mean a given icon only points to a single program, this is the way it is supposed to work.  If you mean that all your different desktop icons are pointing to the same program, it would be a problem and the likely result of a virus, or a sort of malware.  Here are a few things to check.

  Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  Easy, use the ToolTip Widget's Composition. Use a small image in the form of thumbnail and set to trigger and in your balloon, put your lightbox Gallery. That should do the trick for you.

  Simply, you highlight messages using the standard Windows selection keys. (I assume you are using Windows).

  To select adjacent messages, select one by clicking on it. Scroll to the last message you want to select, and then click SHIFT-key. All messages between the two will be selected.

  To select non-contiguous messages. Click on each one while pressing the CONTROL (CTRL) key.

  Once the messages are highlighted, you can use most of the operations (such as delete or move) on the lot.
