Ajax send failed: Error = 403

Get this error when I try to create a HP Web Services account to the hp eprint centre. The eprint centre also does not accept my same email/name username/password combo that I use for this forum, or any other connection to HP. I also tried to use the email my printer gave me for services eprint for this page. Nothing seems to work.

Any comment is appreciated.

Thank you

Dave

I just saw the site on my computer, and it seems to work fine on my end. It is possible that there is a setting in your web Navigator responsible for what you see. I recommend trying the following steps:

1. try to view the site in a different web browser to see if that is the question. Normally, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and all display them correctly the Web site. Try one or two persons (other than the one you used), and it should do the trick.

2. If this does not work, try to reset the settings default to Internet Explorer by clicking on 'Tools' (in the top menu bar), 'Internet Options' (usually at the bottom of the list), "Advanced" (extreme-right tab) and "Reset" (down to the right of this box). After resetting the default settings, try to view the ePrint again parameter box.

Hope you are doing well and welcome on the HP Forum.
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    We will do this 1

    -Restart the computer.
-Open the browser (Internet Explorer, chrome, FireFox, Safari, Opera) of your preference and delete it cookies and internet history (navigation). In the browser of your trial preferably by singing or by subscribing to e-print.

If the above does not solve your problem, please try this.
-Use another browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox, safari, Opera).

That's also what I heard from other members of the forum.

I have heard here (the other members of the community) that there is a problem in which the engineer working on diligently can affect this particular process. At the same time, I know that other members have some success using the above steps.

    I hope this helps!

You can also restart the computer. After he stops down to leave it for at least a minute and then reattempt access the site once computer is back on and running. I would also check to make sure that Java is up to date and that Adobe Flash is up to date.

First thing I would try is clear memory cache of your browser, and then try again.  If this does not work, try using a different browser.  If neither works, let me know and I'll see what I can find.

Hey, I would try a different browser like IE or Google Chrome, it's the simplest solution. You may also erase cookies, history and cache of the current browser you get the error message on. Restarting the computer is another option to try too. I hope this helps.

    Hi, DK28, I hope you do well and welcome in the community;

    Try this procedure 2;
    1. use another browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox, safari, Opera).
    2. connect by using an alternative account (Shapfish form HP, google, Facebook account). If you do not have an account with one of those that mention create and follow this to connect by using the new account. https://h30495.www3.HP.com/help#eprint

    Hi WCP1023,

Welcome to the Forums of HP consumer printer.

There are several things that can be done to solve this problem, but there is not a specific thing that solves it for everyone. Here are some steps that have helped others:

    1. reboot your computer

    2. clear your browser cache

    3. use another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

    4. save from a mobile device (phone, Tablet, etc.).

    Hope that helps, good luck!

Hi there, this problem can usually be solved by deleting your browser's cache and restart the browser. Other users of the forum confirmed that using a browser type alternative can also work (FF of Mozilla and Google Chrome have both been cited).

Try these ideas and see how you go.

  • Error 403 on the HP ePrintCenter website

    Hello

I have just bought a HP Photosmart printer and like to register on the HP ePrintCenter website. However, I get all sorts of "403 Forbidden" errors on this site:

When I select a different country and language (using the button at the bottom of the page), select the desired region and click on 'OK', I find myself on the page: https://h30495.www3.hp.com/set_lang_cc/ which just says:

    Forbidden (403)

Failed to check the CSRF. Abandoned application.

When I try to create an account, fill out the form at https://h30495.www3.hp.com/user_create?next=%2F and click on "Create Account", the following error message:

Ajax submit failed: Error = 403 Forbidden

How can I use the website eprintcenter.com?

I really want to use my new printer!

PS: When trying to post this message using the rich text editor, I get the message "'your message has been modified because the incorrect HTML code was found in the body of the message.". " Apparently, text color is not supported. I almost tend to think that someone at HP needs a course 101-"how to build Web sites.
