The files are missing after you download the file published to SCORM
Hi all
I don't know if this is a problem in Captivate 9 or SCORM. I have a few buttons to open the files. I changed the Flash security settings and added all the related files as trusted.
When I saw in the browser, they worked. However, once I downloaded the published file (zip) to SCORM, the buttons do not work.
I have a button to link to the specific URL, who works in SCORM. However, two buttons to link to the pdf and jpg files do not work in SCORM (but worked in the preview).
Someone this problem? I would really appreciate if anyone can help with this problem.
I use 9 Captivate and Mac.
Your question can be connected with the way in which your LMS plays files. Try to download and test your SCORM, SCORM Cloud to see if it works from there.
And another thing to check is that you have not only used the link to the file on your computer as the link. You need to make sure that the files are loaded in the same folder as the SWF file output and set the link to them as being the file name only. Then there should be a link that works for almost any server on the web, including most of the LMS.

I can't not persistent install the latest update of Adobe Audition. It is not a CC version but came on disc in CS6. I constantly get this error message after you download the update that does not install: U43M1D207. What are the steps to perform this installation?

Cannot install flash player. After you download the Adobe FLash Player installer and running, a gray pop-up window opens but nothing does not appear in it. Usually with the downloads you get a compressed executable file. Just keep them all together and run the executable. IT will extract and install the zipped file.

I have a PC with Vista Home Basic and remote access service. He sent me a message that the updates were available so I started the process. It downloaded & installed Office Service Pack 3 and all but 6 significant updates and 2 other updates failed. I tried 3 times to download & install the important updates 6 & when all 3 attempts have finished, the report indicates a 57F error code. In another location, trying to get specific information, I found: WindowsUpdate__0000057E and also Update__dt000 from Windows have been listed as the following:
1) office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) 108.2 MB
(2) update 4 Microsoft Office 2003 (KB2543854) 12 K
(3) update 4 Microsoft filter junk e-mail in Outlook 2003 (KB2553111) 3.4 MB

Diagnosis: The permissions were incorrect for some registry keys.
Considerations: I've used this for Vista Ultimate SP1 and Office 2003 SP3. A similar procedure may work for other versions of office and Windows, I don't know.
You need to be reasonably computer or ask someone who is. You will need the installation of office files.
Important note: this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

How to back up and restore the registry in Windows
FIX: You * may * be able to use to Repair Office 2003 to identify the keys to the problem and then use the Registry Editor to change the relevant key permissions:
1. connect to your computer as an administrator (if you can install programs, it is likely that you are an admin).
2. run the Registry Editor (Start > run and run regedit).
3. in the registry from backup of your registry Editor (select the top node of the computer, and then click file > export, save the file somewhere sensitive.). (Do not close the registry editor, yet).
4. run a repair for Office 2003 (see relevant Microsoft KB).
5. When you get an error in the repair process using the registry editor, find the EXACT registry key named on the command prompt (using the easy to find, Ctrl + F4 and F3 to repeat).
6. right click on the key and select permissions on the shortcut menu.
7 set the user groups to enable total control and reading (click OK to save the changes).
DO NOT CHANGE A KEY UNLESS IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE REPAIR LINE.
8. in repair, click the Retry button.
9. If the error prompt is replaced by another invite for a different key then the fix worked. Repeat step 5 above for the new registry key.
10. If the error reoccurs prompt then repeat step 6, but assign another likely group of total control, for example the system.
11 when all the keys have been updated and the repair finishes and then close the registry editor, then try Windows Update again.
12. If this does not correct the problem, then you must restore your backup registry file.
PostScript: If you experience system problems after that you can restore the registry by double-clicking the registry file that you saved. If you can not do a repair of Office or run the registry editor, then you may not be an administrator.

I just downloaded the latest version, and my email is apparently is no longer connected to my server. I tried to reinstall Thunderbird, and restart my computer without success. My server settings are correct and have not changed since last night. When I used an older version of Thunderbird on another computer, I was able to download very well.
Large. I don't know what it is for updates or some firewalls that makes this change. I use Norton and they never change on me through all the updates. But others seem to have come a little.

No Solution center after you download the driver for HP Photosmart D110
My friend has a Touchsmart 300 PC running Windows 7 64 bit. I downloaded and installed the driver and the latest software, or so I thought. I downloaded the D110a driver and software. There was also a D110b but I do not know the difference. The printer worked very well for its network, but there is no Solution Center or additional software installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success. I also got "Fatal Error". When you try to open the solution Center, there is a message box with different solutions on how to fix: did not complete installation, use the CD (we tried), or go to "Configuration files" on the computer other options. Nothing has worked. Should I have downloaded the D110b driver and software?

ErnaErna - I'm at a loss and you are probably right, go to the register to search only the HP files dealing with the printer on an HP machine would probably be very long and delicate. I had a Sony so I have them cleared out by searching "HP" and then looking at each register who came and delete those I knew come from HP software.
To Sherwindu - yours sounds like an installation problem that might be able to be erased by a full unistall and reinstall from the website not a CD Rom In addition, during the installation make sure you have a strong internet connection. I know that I have DSL (and a small DSL to this) who gets interrupted all the time and had difficulty to install the HP software because of that with many tries sometimes to do things.
Each of you - material is generally NOT a problem of HP, which means that in general, their hardware devices are made robust enough. My experience and my knowledge of HP and its service which is their software to run their devices is usually wrong and their organization so large with so many products that their technical departments are overwhelmed and just giving the standard corrections. You have both found not a good internet connection without own interruption during installation, or the software is not properly written (I know that their Vista drivers weren't properly writings/facts for my HP machine, but that's another story).

First of all, I love my Adobe Creative cloud... so far no real problems, but today, my nephew who is a student at the University of New YORK, has problems with the download of Adobe Reader so that he could "sign" a digital signature for his transcripts, after following the instructions, he found himself in a sort of cycle from Adobe and to repeat information... he could not run the software or read the transcript. And like a good aunt that I am, I tried to help him and found that I too had the same questions.
Could someone be so kind to explain this phenomenon and help so that the software will work? Oh and one thing... you must register for the monthly subscription to use Adobe Reader software?

1. download a copy of the latest http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html firefox (dmg full package - all languages)
2. Trash , install the current application of Firefox to do a cleaning.
3. install the version you downloaded.
Do not select to delete your personal data, your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks or other personal data.
