All my plugins keep crashing after I tried to use them. The two most important, I really want to work are silverlight and adobe flash player, but for some reason, Firefox 9.0.1 crash them. All plugins are updated
All plugins are updated. This has only started happening recently. Plugins seems to start for a few seconds (not more than 5) and then crash. Chances are that there is more than a problem with Silverlight and Flash, but they are the only two I use really.

Remove the .mdlp of file name, so that it ends just .dmg.
We are seeing this behavior with users who have installed of MathLab and we look at why this is happening. FWIW, this happens to other software THAT DMG files as well, not only the installer of Flash Player. For some reason when users have installed, MathLab when the DMG file is downloaded, it adds the extension .mdlp for her. When users try to run it, rather than open with DiskImageMounter, which is what OS X uses to open DMG files, it opens using MATLAB and the result is what you posted. In this case in the future, simply remove ".mdlp" from the file name and DiskImageMounter will open the DMG, instead of Matlab.

plugin - container.exe * 32 - consumes 40% of CPU or more
Using 100% CPU translates the choppy video. I don't think that this heavy use of the CPU was not the case until I upgraded from Firefox13 and Adobe Flash Player 11. I tried without decommissioning, but this does not seem to make a difference.

On Facebook, the videos are choppy, Adobe Flash player 16.0.0.305 crashes. Issue of intermittent latency when scrolling on web pages. Use memory and CPU high when the shift occurs.
