Hard to say exactly... but it may be worth trying to use
another brand of draft DVD and the slower burning speeds.

Check the support site for your DVD burner... they can
offer suggestions on the DVD blanks to use.

Assuming that "belltest02esx" is the name of the host ESX (i), "storage1" probably refers to the local data store.

Using the vSphere client, in the tab configuration select storage and click on available data warehouses. In the lower pane, you should be able to see the corresponding UUID.

  • Why some of my clips making go white screen in component video

Why do some of my clips making go white screen in the video component?

How should one know without details...?

  • Why some DVDs will not play in my computer DVD player?

I have a small collection of commercial DVD movies.  Most of them come from the place of the U.S. market, and some come from Asia... He play ALL these DVD in my Phillips DVD player that is connected to my TV.

But only some of these DVD will play in my DVD player which is in my computer Dell Inspiron 531 with Windows 7 Ultimate edition.  This computer has a DVD/CD SAMSUNG HD161HJ SCSI disk drive.

Some of the DVDs that will play on my computer are the American market, and some of them are of the Asian market, so I don't think that this has nothing to do with why some of these DVDs will not play on my computer.

DVDs that play fine in my Phillips DVD on my TV player that will not play on my computer don't yet seem to close at play on my computer.  The DVD that will play on my computer liquidation (you can hear the noise) in the DVD player in 20 seconds and they start playing automatically in Windows Media Player... but I welcomed all others who won't have to sit in the DVD player for several minutes each in my tests and nothing happens... There is no wind sound and all nothing is happening on the computer screen.

This doesn't seem to be a problem with the driver software for the disk hard because some of the DVDs will play.

None of these DVDs are buckled and all of them are clean.

I tried two or three times test each of DVDs that won't play, the removed from drive and put them back in.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you

    NuMetro

    Hi Dale,

Although I never had no problem with the DVD or the CD I burned on PC, I think you're going to probably the same thing, that I've been with this internal DVD/CD player, is not a software problem, but just the characteristics of a lower quality DVD/CD player, and it isn't necessarily the symptoms of a dying man in car , but just a stock car low quality that some computer manufacturers cut corners with.
The drive in the computer that I was referring in this thread is a DVD/CD SAMSUNG HD161HJ SCSI disk drive. Which may or may not be identical or similar to the reader, you have problems with, but the computer on which the reader is underway is a Dell Inspiron 531.
Through the information that I've gathered on this thread and on another forum, I came to the conclusion that it's just a cheap player who gives intermittent performance recognizing various DVD, but as I said, the drive I troubleshooting always recognize DVDs and CDs that I burned in it... It was just the DVD movie that I have problems with.
I dug my loyal reader DVD LaCie and plugged and I had no problems with him acknowledging and play ONE of my DVDs on this machine, which proves that the problem has nothing to do with the software system or DVD player software, as in the case suggested by someone else on this thread.
Just buy yourself a Firewire drive or USB-2 DVD decent and you're probably fine.

  • Is someone can you PLEASE help me get rid of the BSOD (error page) 50 error code

Help, please. I uninstalled the printer and all it's software because there was a yellow sign in Device Manager. He always keeps restarting after the blue screen which takes exactly 3 1/2-minute crash after a reboot. I'm in safe mode with network. Ran virus scan not... no malware. Analysis of the register ran. That all ran the diagnostics and memory check... no problems found. She says that superfetch is not started (on). When I manually turn it on as soon as the computer restarts it stops again. I turn it on in normal mode since it cannot be started in safe mode. Does not solve the BSOD. I tried a system restore and that no longer works. Now because I ran the 1 system restore, for some reason any all my previous restore points are missing ().

I'm not a tech or advanced user and I don't want to go where I shouldn't HAVE dared to venture. Is a fairly simple solution, I missed online? Or do I have to take my chances with a computer repair shop? (Which in my city is very difficult to find with regard to reliability). I have a Dell Inspiron that I've owned for about 2 years and its running Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1). I made the recovery disc in Dell AND Microsoft Backup program, but they will not start. Perhaps due to a safe mode? I'm not demanding of course how to use if they don't autoplay or invite me. Like I said before, I know my limits and won't make things worse by trying things that I do not know how. If anyone can suggest anything either, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It may help to look at the BSOD minidump files.

Can you zip the minidump in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder files and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site?

Here are a few links on the use of OneDrive (SkyDrive):

If you have problems to compress the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the desktop

In addition, you do not necessarily have compress the minidump files, you can download one at a time

  • My Browser Based Air help does not work someone can tell me why?

    I use Windows 7 and HR 8.

I looked the site Grainge, who said it was similar to a merger.

So, my project is a merged project I used that to make the browser function will help.

I accessed the .xpj parent, clicked on Adobe Air file and let it generate browser based around air where he wanted. It gives rise to a SSL folder and the folders for my projects merged were there. I consulted a fusion of the child folder and clicked on Adobe Air to generate air support of browser based in the appropriate folder. It appears, but it did not display when I consulted the file original parent.

So, I joined the company mother .xpj file again once clicked on Adobe Air and changed the homepage to c:\RHair82\HelpforSs.htm. What makes the path more runs.

She produced a file mergedProjects with folders for all my projects merged. However, it has not produced a SSL folder. Again, not able to display the child's record, but I couldn't access it from the parent file.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

    Pat

By default, the wizard will create a path to a folder in the. SSL! folder. However if you set the path as C:\MyAirHelp, it does not generate one! SSL! folder, it will just create C:\MyAirHelp with mergedProject underneath and you build projects from child to their appropriate folder, it.

You may need to generate all the projects of the child before it works.

The first thing I would check is that the installation works if you generate WebHelp. Also try to work with the download of my site. It is very basic and makes the resolution of the problems.

Post at the time you tried.

Some time ago I tried merged AIR Navigator helps so I need to watch it again and I can't do it tonight.

  • Is someone can you please tell me if my HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC can handle a 2 TB internal hard drive?

    Additional information:

    • Type of system: X 64-Based PC
    • Processor: Intel (r) Core i5 CPU M460 @ 2.53 GHz, MHz, 2 4 logic Lossnay 2534...
    • The version of the BIOS/Date: Hewlett-Packard F.25, 12/01/2011
    • SMBIOS Version: 2.6
    • Intalled physical memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
    • Total physical memory: 7,80 GB

Also, I read that I might have to update my BIOS for it to 'read' the whole disc, which would be the case in this situation?

I would like to especially video games more quickly, in addition to having several installed (larger) programs.

Thank you for your help, I appreciate your advice.

    Hello:

You must also ensure that 2 TB HARD drive has the same physical dimenstions than your current one, or it may not correspond in the Bay.

Some TB HDD 1 and 2 are thicker than hard drives of 500 GB.

  • When I try to play a CD/DVD it works but it does not open the file, you can not see or hear something

Cannot get the CD/DVD player to play

    Hello

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue
    below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward
cable or slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
Burn and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are
the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

Check with your Maker system and a device for the two possible firmware updates and
the correct registry entries for your car.

Here are the keys that I of course are those in question - for the subkeys of the CD/DVD drive
as there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific keys involved as well as
    the parameters.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\0001\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE

  • Can activate a Satellite L40 DVD burner

I recently bought a Satellite L40 (Vista Home) which came with a Pioneer DVD burner. The problem I have is that the player is currently disabled and that any attempt to activate the device fails.

Can someone advise a solution because I can't use the drive as it is?
    Thanks in advance.

What exactly do you mean by saying that the player is currently disabled?

Have you checked the Device Manager and the status of the CD/DVD driver?
Do you see yellow exclamation points?

However, no matter if a yellow exclamation point appears or not, you should try to remove the CD/DVD drive device manager and must restart the laptop.
Finally, the Windows operating system should recognize a new device and should reinstall the CD/DVD drive.

Hope this short procedure will help you get the job of CD/DVD drive.

    I appreciate feedback ;) cheers

  • How can I get camera Panasonic DVD to work on Windows Vista?

How to get my drive compact panasonic dvd cameras, to work on vista, its been for xp down. model No. VDR-M70PP, compact disc # vff0249-1

The sad truth is that if the camera is not compatible with Vista, you can not do anything to make sure.  Sometimes, who works with the software (using the Compatibiliity Mode) but does not work for hardware.

Before giving up, contact Panasonic http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Cameras-Camcorders/Camcorders/DVD-Camcorders/model.VDR-M70 and make sure that it is not compatible and that they do not have drivers, firmware and/or software available to do work.  If this isn't the case, you're out of luck.
