Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you
If it's all programs of cc,
Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc
clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Restart your computer
Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

bad language of creative cloud INTERFACE and Muse
I installed the creative cloud in the wrong language (German) and cannot do switch to English. I put my language in the AAM settings to English, uninstalled and reinstalled everything several times. Now I got a few apps installed in English (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,...), but the language of the interface for the creative cloud, AAM and Muse are still in German and I don't know how to change it. Help, please.

Hope you always fight not your problem, always for someone else who might have a problem with the same language problem with creative cloud, here's the solution:
Step 1: Open your Adobe Application Manager
Second step: click your name - this should open a small drop down menu (I know its not very obvious, so here's a screenshot)
Step 3: Click on Preferences
You will directly go to languages... Select the desired language.
If you have already downloaded the app, just restart - go to preferences or help (if edge animated example) and change the language.
Now, what's happened in the first place? My best guess is your default language of PC or keyboard language settings is to blame.
Anyway - now your problem should be solved.

I use creative cloud of Adobe Premiere Pro and it does not allow me to drag. In the line of time, only the audio files of the video MXF files. Video plays in the source window, but does not to drag me and thenedit on the time line with the. MXF files. audio will slide to the time line, but not the video. Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
