• Team Dev Feedback report subscriptions send empty reports?

  In the team development environment, I created a subscription to the items of feedback report to be sent to me. He send a blank report each time. I tried to subscribe to reports of other elements in our workspace, such as:
  
  Home > Administration > monitor activity > Page by Page and Application views
  
  But they are also empty.
  
  This is expected behavior? I am a developer in this workspace, but I have access to the menus of Directors to monitor activity and dashboards, so I'm allowed to run these reports. Do I need administrative access?

  Hi, stew,

  Thanks for reporting the issue. This is a bug that the subscription sends a blank report. I created a bug to get fixed in the next version of the APEX. To work around the problem, you can save the report as your private report and pay for a subscription to this topic. It will send the subscription with the data in the report.

  Is there a way to create the link between the demand for personalized feedback and the APEX team development comments pages?

  You can get session global generator id of the package variable without papers and does not support APEX_APPLICATION.g_edit_cookie_session_id.

  Store the value of the variable at the point and use the substitution string in URL link.

  I made these changes to your example.

  Please note that there is a high risk that it will not work on APEX 5

• Firefox not displaying browser doesn't not Apex Bug Tracker App icons

  HI -.

  I use canned Apex Bug Tracker App version 2.0.12 with updated Firefox ESR 31.7.0 on my Windows 7 PC and icons that are supposed to appear on the left side next to the links of 'Home', 'Products', 'Bugs', etc. in the App are not there, only a square with hexagonal numbers it appears to place the icons.

  It's really ugly and it makes users confused about if there is another set of button pressing.

  I also have IE8 (8.0.7601.17514) on my PC. It has the reverse problem where it shows the icons but interfere with the 'Home', 'Products', 'Bugs' etc. captions.

  Is it a browser that keeps Apex Bug Tracker app has been designed to support?

  The solution is that Apex displays icons using a custom font, and Firefox was not downloading and using this custom font because Firefox is configured to use my fonts favorite instead of the police of the page.

  Difficulty click on Firefox in the menu top of the page:

  Tools-> Options-> Fonts and Colors (Advanced)-> Select checkbox "allow pages to use their own fonts.

• APEX Bug: Creation Bug, or make the Application Builder

  In the page editing screen application Builder:
  
  -Click the icon of legend at top right (left of the lock icon)
  -You have the option to create a task, a bug, or comment
  -Click on a task or a Bug
  -Scroll on the pop-up screen and in a context of application they have no application or pages to choose from
  
  The problem disappears if you use the create menu (top-right)
  -Select this option to make or Bug
  -If you scroll on the pop-up screen in a context of application good application numbers and page are displayed.

• Apex authentication scheme 4.02 Apex Bug

  I have recently install 4.0.2 oracle apex in Oracle database XE, I created an application with the Apex authentication scheme. The problem I encountered is that Apex is always show the logout button, if I close the browser and open it again and enter my public page of application for the first time that the apex is showing the logout button. When I click on the logout button, the session id changes but Apex continues to show the logout button.
  
  Is there a solution for this situation?

  The value entered conditionally "user is Authenticated (not public)"

  Any idea why is this happenning? Restrictions in node SQL Developer to transform?

• BUG: Missing images on Apex 4.0 Theme 2 (rollup_plus_dgray.gif + rollup_minus)

  I upgraded from 3.1.2 to 4.0.0.00.46 Apex.
  The installation log does not indicate an error.
  
  After installation, I changed the theme of my application to theme 2.
  I noticed that Hide/show-regions do not work:
  Only the title of the region is displayed but there is no way to extend (view)
  the content of the region.
  
  FireBug told me, that

  was not found (HTTP 404 error).
  
  I searched for the files on the server (installation folder-images and apex SST folder) but the files are not in
  the theme_2 folder, but in all the other files of the theme.
  (Solution: copy the files of the other theme folder in the theme_2 folder)
  
  Update/extension:
  OSH-error log excerpt:
  File does not exist: $PathOHS/images/themes/theme_2/images/paginate_next.gif
  -> Find the file in the theme_2 folder, and not in the subfolder images of theme_2.
  Copy the filec to the subfolder solved this problem.
  
  
  
  If someone can reproduce this error, or something has gone wrong with my update

  This is the first time I deploy APEX.  I have finished my development environment and would prod ports over which is the execution environment.

  1. I am confused with APEX_APPLICATION_INSTALL and APEX_APPLICATION_ADMIN.

  As the PROD has no workspace configuration, if the option workspace_id to apex_workspaces, there is no workspace in PROD.  This means that I have to run

  Instead of

  apex_application_install.set_workspace_id (n_workspace_id);

  Congratulations at the end of your first application!

  As the PROD has no workspace configuration, if the option workspace_id to apex_workspaces, there is no workspace in PROD.  This means that I have to run

  APEX_INSTANCE_ADMIN. ADD_WORKSPACE ('11234444', 'Nom_espace_de_travail', 'SCHEMA_NAME', null);

  Instead of

  apex_application_install.set_workspace_id (n_workspace_id);

  In fact as a Setup for your PROD, I suggest that you export your existing workspace of DEV and import in the PROD. This has the advantage that the ID of the workspace will remain the same, which will make easier the installation of applications. You run the import script of the workspace as SYS. The export of the workspace can be created via the Admin Instance INTERFACE.

  2 If the DEV and PROD must have the same schema and application id, that means I just run the script that I export application after the fixed workspace and the schema. for example, f101.sql?

  If you are creating the workspace with the export script you will not have to do anything before @101.sql running (you'd connected via the schema of your workspace or as SYS)

  The plug-in is part of your export app. No further action necessary installation.

• Static files in Apex 5.0 Edition

  Is the edition of static files (js and css) is no longer an option in the Apex 5.0? All I can see are options to download these files. It's a very handy feature in previous versions of the Apex and will miss him when I need it.

  Yes, it's no longer an option in 5.0. But manipulation of file got much easier in 5.0, no need to delete the file before you download a new version more.
