App does not load for some users

As my first application, I thought I would do something quite simple, you know, to test the waters. It's a comic reader, basically an Viewer with unarchiving abilities.

I tested with success on the Simulator, my z10 and four of z10s my colleague with different storage configurations (without sd card, 2 GB, 4 GB, etc...), never saw once a problem loading.

I thought he was good to go. Approval, he passed so I guess that the inspectors of the app ran successfully as well.

It's the four reviews I have so far three report app does not work yet. (And leave pretty nasty comments)

Forum, the question I pose to you, it's having someone else had similar experiences? How some of you go on debugging this problem? How much stock should I put in too much negative comments?

I don't know if it goes against forum label, but if any of you care to try the app it is called Bam! BD drive (and it's free). I would like to hear from someone who can't run and get the OS version and storage configuration.

There is a known issue on some devices a few apps will stop working.

Different icons in the app bar could help. With the help of all the gear is not good, espcially when the Q10 out and you no longer labels to describe the buttons.
Guide the user to a successful experience. At this point, the user hits a wall and doesn't know what to do.

HP laserjet 1022 does not wait for the user to turn the pages when printing double-sided

My Hp laserjet 1022 printer working properly for years.

So far, when he executed more paper he tried a couple of times to get more paper and then stops with a message on the PC it is out of paper.

Very annoyingly, this has changed recently, now when it is out of paper, he tries a couple of times to get more paper and watch the message on the PC, saying that it is paper and then again, try a couple of times to get more paper and again shows the same message on the PC and him back... Operating system is Windows 7, I just downloaded and installed the latest driver for this printer "2013-01-09, Version: 20120918" and I get the same behavior. In the properties of the printer that I put some State Messages to Off and at least I don't get the full windows message screen poping up every time the printer is trying again to get more paper. I have not found all the other parameters that may affect this behavior.

I solved the problem! I found the original CD for the printer. I uninstall the current driver and then install CD and now when the printer is out of paper trying to get paper a couple of times and then stops, as it used to be.

iTunes app does not load movie page

This behavior started recently. Every day I open the iTunes on my iPad app 4th gen (running iOS 9.3.2) and tap the icon of movies down to check what movie is on sale (for the promotion of July). Usually, it does not load. It sits right there spinning and say "Loading"... ». I waited 5 minutes and it does not load.

All other updated pages at the point. If I let the music before page load I loss of movies and then hit movies, it just displays the page of the music with a black background instead of a white one.

My current 9.3.2 iPhone has the same problem. Yes, I killed the iTunes apps and restarted the devices without a bit of luck.

Any ideas?

On both devices, try settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out > sign.

F3 exposes function does not work on some users

Hi guys,.

My F3 function key that shows all open windows suddenly stopped working.
- I restarted the dock using the terminal,
- I moved office computer keyboard plist and restarted the computer
- Restores all default keyboard shortcuts.
The function key still doesn't, but if I create a new user and try it on this user it works but does not work for my main user.

Any help, restore this back to normal will be highly appreciated.

User profile does not load correctly, the user could not be connected.

I tried to login to my account to administrator with my correct password and it says "user profile can be connected, user profile does not load correctly ' or something to that effect. Even when I login as a guest and enter my admin password on the user accounts settings and click ok, it won't let me access or modify accounts. Please help me, I am not able to access one of my documents or pictures of my guest account.

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

The dialogue OA Page does not properly for all users

I have a custom page of OA that calls a dialog with two buttons page (yes / no). The page works correctly for some users, but returns the exception of null for users other pointer when you click No or Yes button. The version of the application is 12.1.3. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? Should I consult a specific profile or the installer for users who receive the error?

Just noticed something. Try one last thing before you set the diagnostic message.

Change your event paramchecks of

Display all the same checks as the other will rise error is strEvent is set to null.

HumanTaskActivity does not wait for the user to act

Proc2 I stole the activity of each of the branches, I invoke another process called PROC3 from the e-mail as PROC3 entry.

PROC3 contains only HumanTaskActivity.

FindKeyStrings does not return for some languages

I used FindKeyStrings to get the keys to language and have no problem with European languages.
I have the LanguageWithVendors loop and used FindKeyStrings (language) to get the correct keys to build XML code to the idml files and fail with the rare languages such as Gujarati (India), Bengali (India), etc.
My results to the languageWithVendor default. When the name fail.

I think that the problems with certain languages like Gujarati (India) are known bugs.

At least, I reported the following bug in may 2014 (not yet determined). It was with ExtendScript:

Solution of workaround for the international version of InDesign:

Use the value of property icuLocaleName of the Indian language.

Warning: This isn't a work around for the local InDesign as versions for example. German, where different languages share the same value of icuLocaleName.

BTW. Better, this issue is addressed in the InDesign scripting Forum.

Cod error invalid 907/App does not start for OS 5.0 devices

I can't give any details because it's my customers having trouble and not me, but some customers (not all) installation of my application (which is built against 4.3 for non-Storm devices and 4.7 for storms) on their devices OS 5.0 get "cod not valid error 907" install errors at the course where my usual app run if she moved.

Once again, most of the clients (including most of the users of OS 5.0) aparently install and run the application very well (at least, we don't hear very many complaints), is not a generic problem.

I tried the building against 5.0 for the limited set of customers affected by the issue and tried to remove all generated files and building completely clean for all versions of my application, but nothing will do.

I was wondering if anyone had heard or experienced this kind of error on new or more advanced devices.

mellowfish, I didn't believe that I was hating on you. The 907 is horrable, I presented a paper on it at the DevCon last year. I could send you my slides if you want. My best advice 1 use updateJad.exe after execution of code signing rather than doing it manually. that COULD help.

I know that these questions appear on upgrades and my best thing I can advise you to do is to remove some * beep * of the old JAD? SHA-1 signing keys are a problem, that I found to do it. In addition, if cod were previously THAT BES pushed rather than OTAed it may cause problems.

Satellite Pro L650-165: Texture does not load correctly some games

I have a very strange problem where on some games textures on models of players do not load correctly.

Looks like it loaded textures for minimum texture settings. Curiously, it seems only to influence the clothing, so I'll break down detail the faces and hands but bodies low resolution.

All other textures loading correctly, all the effects look as it should.
