  You can create applications Web using DW for Android / iOS devices. Webapps are HTML5 based applications. You can use Phonegap for this: http://www.phonegap.com/

  Yes, I'm developing on an iphone 6 + and it works very well. 2D/3d content. No video. Good FPS. I'll start soon test on ipad. Started with several movies but it did not work. Everything installs in a film, works fine now. I could not test the release of 64-bit, still running in 32 so I can not say much. Flash and 3D physical seems well were scrapped. Gyroscope and enter key works fine. You can only test the keys on the device.
