  I can't the Skype app in the Blackberry world. Not even when you use the search option. I get other applications that contain the word Skype, but not the official Skype app.

  When I try to install it from the Skype website, it brings me to a page of the application, but the download is not possible. The error tells me something on my connection, but is not the real cause. When I followed the link on my laptop, I get an error that there is no app id.

• Remove the "My apps" apps in the store Windows.

  I love Windows 8 and applications. I have a great demand for engineers at Microsoft. I want the ability to delete the apps from the "My apps" section in the Windows store. I already know that's not possible, so do not post telling me it's impossible. The only answer I want to hear from microsoft is 'the next update will have a fix' or at least 'we are working to solve the problem."  I know a lot of people who would greatly appreciate this ability! Give it to your community please!

  At our recent conference MVP, we delivered this feedback and they hear it loud and clear.  Consider it will be received, I hope they add this feature in the next update of Windows 8.1.

  I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

  1. You are connected to a Windows Live account or a Local account?
  2. Did you of recent changes to the computer?

  I suggest you to run the network troubleshooter to verify Internet connectivity issues.

  Method 1: Clear the cache to store and check.

  1. Press the "Windows key + R.
  2. Type wsreset.exe in the Run dialog box and click OK.

  Method 2: Temporarily disable antivirus software or security.

  Temporarily disable anti-virus software or any securitysoftware installed on your computer.

• Creative cloud in the 'Community' section window shows only not in full width

  Please try to close the process creative cloud of the Task Manager and rename the folder in OOBE OOBE.old of: %localappdata%/Adobe.

  I apologize for the confusion this has caused.  We have removed the Community Publishing application.  You can no longer use the AIR app on your computer to create and edit documents.

  All of the content that you have created will still be available on Adobe.com.

  In Control Panel / common I could select (capitan) between 'install apps from the store', '... certified developers', '... from other

  On the Sierra, I only have the options "... the store," '... of certified developers

  The last option "... others" was gone.

  Can this last option 'install applications from others' be re-activated?

  This is a "feature". In Sys Prefs, you can choose between the store and known to the developers. You can always choose to open a pkg app or an unknown dev by ctrl-click Installer, and then by selecting open from the menu. You will get a dialog with an option to open the application. Once this is done, your Mac will approve the app.

  Cannot delete apps in the usual way. Is there a software patch or other procedure?

  What happens when you try? Have what troubleshooting you tried? Have you checked to see if you have enabled Restrictions that would prevent you from remove apps? What app in particular you are trying to delete?

  I just upgraded to Sierra and get this error when I try to upgrade all the apps in the Mac App Store:

  The Apple, ID you entered could not be found or your password is incorrect. Please try again

  The password is correct, as I can check my account with the password of the feature > menu account

  im not sure what to do, I tried a restart of the computer, I disconnected the Mac App Store, but nothing seems to work.

  Reset my AppleID and restarting (twice) corrected that.

• When I include photos from a folder in the Photos app in the dock, and I have created an album for them, their changes. It is important for me to keep them in the same order that they were in the file. (It's a numerical order). Any solution?

But when I include photos from a folder in the Photos app in the dock, and then create an album for them, their order in the album change of what it is in the file. It is important for me to keep them in the same order that they were in the file. (In the file it is in numerical order). Any solution?
