When I click on the creative cloud on the desktop icon, it appears and shows me 'HOUSE', I can't scroll down or access, Apps, assets or community.

Why I can't access Apps, active or community.  Everything is frozen.

Please stop cloud creative app.

Then below do data as follows:

Delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.
