  It is not currently possible to disable the sleep of the Configuration screen. The longest time that the screen can stay awake without further interaction is 70 seconds (subject to activating first the setting you describe).

  Apple Watch does not offer the possibility to keep the screen on all the time.

  The maximum period during which the screen can stay awake without constant interaction is 70 seconds. This option applies when the screen is taken to reactivate it.

  To set the length of your favorite by tapping the screen to reactivate:

  One solution suggested by another user is to set the timezone manually in San Juan, Puerto Rico:

  -On your iPhone, go to: settings > general > Date & time > turn off the value automatically > type on the time zone and the search for San Juan, PR

  Note that the existing calendar event calendar, reminders, etc. may remain imprecise.

  It can help to restart your iPhone and Apple Watch after you make this change (turn the two together off the coast, then restart your iPhone first).
