  Try to set up the activity sharing on my iPhone and watch which were both upgraded to iOS 10 and watch OS 3. In enforcement activity, on my iPhone and on the sharing tab, I can see and share with my wife. However I have 2 other friends who have Apple watches (phones and watches the two update), but they do not appear in the proposed area and if I manually select them I get a message that says "could not send invitation. You can only share the activity with people who also have an Apple Watch."

  I made sure both their contact information is correct and up to date including telephone numbers and e-mail addresses that relate to their Apple ID.
