  There is a requirement with my client--

  You will not be able to display the form of process or change these values in view profile screen.

  You must create custom fields that are mapped to the shape of the profile of the user process. Then, you create triggers to update user form from the fields defined by the user when the user changes them, they get pushed to the shape of the target process by adding the names of the tasks in the commissioning process definition. Then, this would trigger updates of the target resource.

  I'm quite new in the world of the APEX and I'm having a problem I want to please appreciate any input on... I use APEX 5.0.

  I have a form page to insert (P2) to a new section in my table of queries (with PK of 'ID' column). The billing ID (P2_ID) page is hidden (not sure if that makes a difference)... I then have a process after submit type "Send E-mail" and I want to include information about the new entry in the email.

  Each substitution that I do, as & P2_Description, & P2_Requester. etc works fine, but the replacement of the ID (PK - & P2_ID) does any work. I presume it is because at that time, the recording has not intervened in the table, and the sequence/trigger has not generated the following value?

  How can I please pass this value to the process/electronic mail? I tried to use P3_ID (P3 being the form of update page) and it works, but it always sends the previous entry.

  I'm sure that it must be simple, but as I said I'm pretty new to APEX and could not understand how! Is it possible to have this identification number to pre-fill the next value in the table field, before the present? And what happens if someone else creates a new entry at the same time?

  Im trying to get a form filled with data through custom plsql setting fire "after the header. Sql valid very well, but the form remains empty. It also gives the success message that I entered the process.

  Probably very simple, but I can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong.

  Instead of writing the manual process of Plsql, create a wizard generated form on the table person.

  and if you want to pass the ID of the person Page point, table value

  then you can proceed to another Page using the branch to point Page PX_ID

  or create the calculation on the Page point PX_ID to fill the value.

  They are also good questions, but I'll give you the details :-)

  (1) what does the box 'Auto Save form' useless? -

  NO, if you don't do this then your Provisioning will be blocked in the Validation System.

  (2) you can "Auto-save" the form of the Application Instance?
  According to Oracle either hide these attributes or delete these attributes, but there is no clean way to remove such things.

  Question for you:
  If you don't want automatic backup of your Instance of form then why did you create that.

  Workaround solution:
  If you don't want Application Instance and then create an Instance of the Application more without any form

  I created UDF e.g. education, then I used the search code [AttrName.Prov.Map.iPlanet] for iPlanet & joint
  attribute 'description' for the definition of research education & then I created a user where I enter the value of education
  & I service iPlanet resources & then I checked the form of courses where I can't see the value in the field of education.
  Am I missing a few steps?

  Is inserted your card? You need to trigger the update of reconciliation since the fields not updated in a recon in the sense of triggers. Then you have to use the updateUser API methods, and not only to select user definition--> UDF in the bottom of the fall.

  I am building an Apex application that has a section of form, I need to generate manually - I need a lot of Javascript custom treatment within this block of fields (generating an arbitrary number of fields based on other user input, update totals the user to change values, etc.). I have no problem to build that portion of the application.
  
  However, I am now not sure how to access the fields I create in a post submit processes (so I can process/save the data entered). Y at - it has a syntax that I use in the process through a list/collection of all submitted fields, or (b) directly access the value of the field named "xyz"?

  If you mean spit your own tags to entry with htp.p, you can do that in the APEX. You must use the APEX_ITEM package. When you submit the form, you will get an error because the procedure of wwv_flow.accept is not the settings that correspond to the fields in your form.

  Workaround for this problem is:

  Copy orabpel - thirdparty.jar/bpel/lib and place it in the folder/custom/BpelIntegration/lib , and add this variable in intradoc.cfg of the CS (stop the content server before performing this change):

  JAVA_CLASSPATH_bpel =/custom/BpelIntegration/lib/orabpel-thirdparty.jar

  Start content server after the steps above have been completed, and then test to see if the problem persists.

  We have an ERP that runs on the environment of the OAS when the user are saved in and administrator wants to replace any file form or reports. Do not ALLOW to replace file and give the message of session mapped user while in the client/server environment, we did the same thing. For this update, we must stop shape services or kill user session, and then replace the file.
  Other methods ppl you suggest without downing shape services.

  For Forms services, you can add the following setting in your default.env.

  Add a new line:
  FORMS_MMAP = FALSE
  The above allows you to compile a fmx, while the form runs.
