We try to edit a document in Acrobat Pro. This is a new subscription & confirmed subscription. When you click on edit, we are asked to re - sign up & put in our details of credit card with no opportunity to make anything else, including what we paid for.

I think you need to get this prompt to your licensed software. All you need to do is type in your credentials to know Adobe Adobe Id and password for the license and you would be able to use it comfortably.

In the pane on the right language
Click on the drop down to the language of the application
Select the option choose to start the Application
Click Ok and close the Acrobat
Launch Acrobat and it will give you a prompt first select a language.
