  Illustrator imports only the first level of the layers. If you have groups or paths below you must release layer groups. The layers will then be stacked in the order in the form of layers. Then you need to move them to the top.

  The procedure is to select a layer in the layer Illustrator Panel, then without selecting any which specific element in the layer click on the menu in the upper right corner and select release to layers. All an elements in this layer will be transformed into layers. Now, select all, and drag them to the top above the original layer.   You can not.  The new Adobe Animate is the updated Flash version; Animate edge was a completely different software.

  If you have the color as a spot color - like 'Red Special' in Illustrator. Then in inDesign use the ink Manager to assign an alias - you can select another Spot color to use instead of that.

  But if you have the color as "Pantone 485" and sure alias in the ink Manager - anywhere else you used "Pantone 485" will change in InDesign - images et al. using Pantone 485.

  I recommend that you use the names of 'Special' in Illustrator - perhaps with your trigger guard.

  I would use "ET_RED_" in order not to be confused with another logo and color or spot in the file or the color chart color.

  You cannot use the forms in the old version of Illustrator, it requires the library panel in versions of creative cloud of our desktop applications, but you can import them to the draw.

  When you have a Web open to the draw, press shapes (triangle/circle) icon in the top NAV. You will see tabs in the menu that opens, we're forms App and the other is my library (or whatever your default library). Your forms to Capture CC will be there.

  Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to transfer full files out to attract the Illustrator must have a monthly creative cloud. If you pay for that you get a 'Send to Illustrator' button in the application.

  You try to open a document to a newer version?

  If so, you should get a downsaved version instead. Even if it was saved with PDF compatibility you'd lose probably important editability.
