Now, the file is corrupted and does not work.  I have the back four files on two different hard drives, still no luck.  I can't afford to keep re-creating the files when it should be probably save in the first place.   This problem is caused by an incorrect addition of empty frame (s) to one or many of the assets of the library cause the XML to be corrupt structure and thus the error. To resolve this problem, update your Flash CS5 for the last available build of Flash CS5.

  1. launch Flash.

  2. go to the Help menu > updates...

  3. make sure the box for Adobe Flash Pro CS5 is checked in the Adobe Application Manager dialog box.

  4. click on refresh. You will probably be asked to stop Flash while the update is running.

  After a successful update, you should be able to open the file without error.

  I really don't like if it's done with "openoptions" or changing policies managent RGB and CMYK color to "preserve the profile. (Available via the Edit menu-> color settings.)

  May I know the process to convert Doc to PDF files. If you use Acrobat to convert the files, and then with the same application you open.

  I can't open the file which worked great yesterday in Illustrator CC 2015. All other files will open very well, except for this one.   Not really sure what caused the file corrupted, I closed and reopened several times yesterday and he didn't give me any grief.

  You can open it from Adobe Acrobat DC application on the file menu > open. If you did request by default option to open the PDF, you can directly click on PDF.

  You can also right click on PDF and select open in Adobe Acrobat DC

  There must be 2 parts of the downloaded file - the 7z extension and the other a .exe extension. Please download the parts of the file.

  You must double-click the .exe file that automatically start to extract the contents of the 7z file and begin the installation.
