  I type sent to the PS or Illustrator I get the message "Sent", but nothing happens in my CC account (in exodus the file I work in is not stored in memory) or in my Office Photoshop. What can go wrong?

  Please provide details: you are not trying to change the file type by changing just the extension, are you?  That won't work of course,

  Either you try to run some type of script?

  To change a file type, you have TO open the file in Photoshop and do save as.  That can be automated.

• My problem is that when I try to save an image from Adobe Photoshop by using the 'save for Web' half of the dialog box does not appear.

  1. were you able to see the front dialog box?

  2. did you of recent changes to the computer?

  This happens because your screen resolution is less than the required minimum of 1024 x 768.

  You can try to change the resolution of the monitor and check.

  Compare the size of the file and you will have to perhaps disable all anitvirus during download and install it.

• When I try to update photoshop 7.0, it tells me it not fint c:\Program Files (x86\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0. However, it is there.

  I am updating my Photoshop 7.0 on a new computer using Windows 7, but I get the message C:\Program Files (x86\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\ is not there. I installed my original disk 7.0 and the directory exist.  I had no problem when I updated in Windows XP.  Is there a compatibility issue with Windows 7?

  When I save a file Adobe attract creative cloud it records in format png or jpeg and much too low ground for me to use effectively.  Supposedly I can send files Adobe draw directly in Photoshop without going through the clouds CC creative first?  I have Photoshop CS4, but before moving to Photoshop CC I want to know what will happen when I try to open my Adobe files to draw in Photoshop CC.  I need resolutions of at least 800 dpi to make the Adobe files to draw useful to me.  Can export you the Photoshop CC draw in what resolution you want or will it exported in a special resolution?

  The current implementation exports the current canvas as an image of 2048 x 1536, when sending to Photoshop.

• Cannot send files from the phone to Satellite L755-16z using BT

  I'll get straight to the point!
  I have a toshiba satallite L755-16z for a month or two (New, with windows 7 64-bit)
  and knows that it has BT and I guess that its 3.0

  So I tried to connect the bluetooth with my phone & it paired very well!
  but when I try to send files and from my phone, it says (connection) but fails to send it in the end. In addition, this problem is not just with my phone as I tried issuing and receiving to & from another phone, but always the same problem!

  HOWEVER, I tried to turn the BT adapter off (right-click on the icon in the notification area and then turn off bluetooth adapter), start the application (bluetooth monitor) can send files & IT WORKS!
  But this only happens for once just after the restart of bluetooth, so every time I want to send files, I have to turn off BT, then turn it on?
  It is kind of unacceptable!

  I tried Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, and he had the same problem. In addition, I didn't like the way it worked (style and all)... so I uninstalled & returned to the original version of BT in the pc.

  I looked for answers to no luck & now I'm desperate for the answer!

  Usually the BT must be activated using the Fn + F8 key combination.
  So remember that BT has been enabled using these buttons.

• How can I keep my visible background layer when you create a GIF file in Adobe Photoshop elements 11?

  I am trying to create a GIF in Adobe Photoshop elements 11.  To give you the objective of the final result - I am trying to create the illusion of dog legs walking on a yellow background.  Each image individual leg is a separate layer on the yellow background.  I want my background layer to ALWAYS show during the animation.  In ADDITION, I want each paw image to stay on the yellow background that he hosts (if possible).  Here are the steps that I took:

  1. I have my background layer (yellow background)
  2. I layered all the other images on the top (8 paw print images)
  3. I placed these images where I want them on the background layer

  I know that to create a GIF file, I go to 'Save the image for the web', select GIF and click "animate".  The problem is when I preview the animation, it's a single image at a time, instead of the overlay and keeping them on the screen as the animation progresses.

  At the very least, I want the yellow background to show during the animation.  I can live with that if the paw prints don't stay on ;-)

  I would appreciate any insight/help!  Thank you!

  I think that you need to merge each layer with your yellow background, and then try again the gif.

  In other words, put the yellow background under each layer and merge the top layer with the yellow background.
