  While I have not seen the exact behavior you describe, audio did not for me on this gadget until I did the following steps.

  1. export the audio library. Mp3 format.

  2. starting at the widget when adding audio, choose the import option and direct to MP3.

  I tried export from the library in WAV format and actually saw the message you have described. But by following the above steps it worked for me.

  Hello!  I just create a movie using Windows Movie Maker (HP Pavilion dv6000/Windows Vista Home Premium).  During the PREVIEW, the first part of the video of my film sometimes will not play (view) while the audio continues.   I just recently changed computers (windows 7 to Windows 7) and when I re-installed first CS5.5 on my new computer the video in the timeline never plays.
